If you enjoy fishing and crabbing and swimming you’ll love this hotel that allows you to do it all
Beautiful view of the bay
The water a sea and views are unbeatable the space in the condo is great. Initial staff was great, trying to rent a crab trap though - I was even willing to spend the excessive money to rent for a couple of hours and the old guy at the desk told me the dock was closing earlier than posted because kids were falling in the water and I should save my money. The doc was open all night until 11 as scheduled and my husband was out there enjoying fishing but we couldnt crab at all thanks to the guy at the desk just not being willing to rent the trap- he saw I had kids with me and assumed we’d all be out on the dock and told me all these kids have been falling in at night etc- that was not impressive
I loved the view of the bay and how close it was to the Old Town bay front. The room did not have a standard height chair and table to sit at. The only chair in room 431 is quite low to the ground. The height of the showerhead needs to be raised. I am 5'10" and it was only the height of my chin, which made washing my hair difficult.
Our two bedroom condo was in really food shoe and had everything we needed. Very clean and super comfortable bedding. The view of the bridge was a nice bonus!!
Great veiw! It'd be nice to have a screen storm door and blinds on the patio door also a patio table .
We stayed in B114 and the room needs updating. Carpet was stained and bathroom needs work. All sinks didn't drained. Nice view but for the price of room should be nicer.
Everything was amazing. There was some construction being done but that’s to be expected. It’s gotta happen at some point. The pool and amenities weren’t open but it’s a covid world we live in.
Updated condo, newer floors, awesome views and private dock for fishing and crabbing was awesome.
We usually stay in this area every time we’re in Newport for crabbing. I’m extremely unhappy with the condo. It was dirty, needed an upgrade big time, sheets smell like foot odor, condo smells very mustyand there was no blanket. The front desk says we can stay to crab after check out. When it was time to check out, a different rep says once we check out, we can no longer use their facility. I’m extremely unhappy with the stay and the service. I do not plan to come back.
Like the beautiful view and how easy it is to take long walks even though it isn't on the beach. I felt the room could have been cleaner and I did report that. My concern was written down and given to housekeeping, so I feel like I was heard & expect that to be resolved when I visit there again. Everyone was friendly there.

We checked in early and requested a room closer to the water. The clerk checking us in graciously found us a room close to the marina with an awesome view. Very enjoyable stay!

Thank you for staying with us, I apologize for the trouble you experienced while trying to rent crab pots, we have not had any children fall in while crabbing and would love to welcome you and your children back to enjoy our private crab dock. Our dock is open every night until 11pm and our crab pot rentals are for 24 hours so you have plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
