The only thing we would change is furniture. We needed comfortable chairs or loveseat. I would maybe get rid of the round table for upholstered chairs.

The room was clean. The view was awesome and the seafood was excellent. We will be back.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I was very happy with everyting

Yes it was a nice place to stay xxx XX. Cxxxxxxx xx

Beautiful location, mold around rim inside tub, refrigerator oder, hard bed....terrible breakfast at their restaurant...almost burnt chicken fried steak, hashbrowns rubbery and i didn't get meat in my omelet well done almost burnt corn beef n hash. Need new chief.

Clean and comfortable. Great value and the view from the 4th floor is awesome!

Very clean and very friendly. Our room was on the fourth floor, which I highly recommend for the view, and it is great that the balcony railing is glass on the lower part so you can see through it to enjoy the beach view.

Liked: great view from rooms, kid-friendly Pool and play area. Disliked: dated property in need of upgrades, noisy rooms (could hear neighbors on all sides), uncomfortable bed, price too high for quality of rooms.

Hotel is very outdated, room was not properly cleaned (hair on the floor, smudges on the counters). Walls are super thin, could hear my neighbors walking in the middle of the night and flushing the toilet. Absolutely no cell service and no WiFi (hello!! It’s 2019). Pool was the hit, especially if you travel with kids. Except, you must get towels at the front desk. I would not recommend food at the restaurant. Easy access to the beach and inexpensive.

I loved the private balcony amd how close the hotel was to the ocean.

Great beach access! Room was clean. The only bad part was the hot tub was not working properly so it was like bath water, and as soon as we got in at 10pm for adult hours they tested the water and had us get out to put chemicals in.

Nice basic room, best thing is location, we loved being right on the beach, we could listen to the waves at night.

I absolutely love the location of the property. But that is literally what you are paying for. The beds are uncomfortable the amenities are lacking and the look of the hotel in general is out dated. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze and the pool play area is awesome for families.

Liked Beach and pool. Dislike that I only stayed one night

Nice hotel on the beach, great ocean views and great breakfast at the restaurant.

Upon checking in we were greeted by a woman complaining about the noise level all night long, the person behind the counter said that if it continued past 11 PM let them know. (They could have called the offending room at that moment and explained that the noise was excessive.) Then we were told if we wanted off of ground level they would charge us 10.00 more per night. laughable entered the room and right away hit by a moldy mildew smell. (we stay on the coast a lot, this was not a "normal by the sea" smell) it was late and we needed sleep so we slept right away. There was also a sign in the room saying please "excuse our appearance", we are switching out furniture. We were graciously woken up just after 7 by a fire alarm, and a notice to evacuate the building. I threw on my clothes and my wife who is in a wheelchair began dressing to get into her chair. I went outside to find people standing around saying someone had come by and said there was no fire. I decided to look for the odor and found the floors had garbage on them, the curtains had mold at the top (the source of the smell) and the carpets were just plain sticky. worst experience in a hotel by far. We were scheduled to stay another night but we decided to take the hit and get out of Dodge. Ended up staying in Newport and enjoying a different hotel.

Was disappointed of the actual property versus the touched photos on the web page... The rooms were so small and in fact the front door actually opens up to a hallway splitting a normal room into 2 rooms... smaller than a college dorm room

We spent one overnight. The room was large and clean but not lovely. Some parts of the property were shabby, bird droppings in stairwells, peeling paint, etc.

Thank you so much for your feedback. After receiving a heads up we learned that our WIFI router was out and are correcting the problem. I've also checked in to ensure our rooms are meeting the service standards that you should expect. Again, we appreciate your feedback to enable us to address your interests.
