The sheets on both beds in one of our rooms had not been changed from previous guests. We will not be returning! You would think given the current circumstances that cleanliness would be top priority! We had stayed there before and while the facility is older it was at least clean. That was not the case this trip.

Not very welcoming. All amenities are closed. No breakfast, no services, yet you're still paying the high price. I know it's Trump country, but a little humanity and compassion could still be spared.

The room was not the cleanest. Looked nothing like what was advertised. Very dissapointed.

My room bedsheet were clean and I like how the remodel was done. I hope the exterior of the Motel will have a face lift since it looks like is falling apart. I would get rid off the bricks and use a different material. One thing I noticed that the floor was not mop and it needs to be done daily. The color grey hide the dirt but I could tell it have jot been mopped over a week. I also was disappointed about the lack of fan or AC. People smoking outside did not help if you try to open the windows.

Nothing.The indoor pool looked good but was dirty, the Jacuzzi had green alga in it. The outdoor trash cans were full and not emptied for days, the walkways had cigarette butts all over. The maid service was terrible and the trash can in my room was not emptied for 2 days and no towels were left after they cleaned my room on the 4th day so I had to go get them myself.

There was no screen on the bathroom window so you couldn’t open the window when you took a shower, which has lead to black mold all around the window seal and on the shower tile which was disgusting. There was no air conditioner in the room so the room was rather warm and muggy feeling which was super uncomfortable so we had to go out and buy a fan to help with the room temperature so we could sleep at night. The indoor pool was pretty cold for being a heated pool, so we didn’t swim for long because it was too cold and we had to go sit in the hot tub to warm up before going back to our room. On a positive note the beds were comfortable and it looked like some of the room had been renovated with new flooring, a countertop and a sink but overall it was not a pleasurable experience and we will NOT be staying there again until they make a lot more improvements!

They said they were remodeling which is good but no ac and the one of the staff constantly would yell. On the plus side I did sleep surprisingly well.

For a remodel room it look like a three-year-old did it and besides all we had was hot water no cold water how crazy is that and that check in even with all my information it still took her 45 minutes to get us checked in ridiculous never again

The hotel was crawling with sketchy people. I didn't feel safe walking to my car or the pool. There were many men standing out in walkways smoking and staring at us every time we left our room. There was even a person cooking on a hot plate outside of one room.The pool area was really gross even had a bandaid hanging from the ceiling, I don't know how that happens. Just an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Not recommended unless you want a flop house feel for your vacation.

If you want a clean and updated room to NOT stay Brookings Inn Resort. Upon entering my room I found half dozen large flies buzzing around I had to kill, never got them all. The carpet looked about 40 years old (dirty and felt as my feet were sticking to it), needless to say I didn't walk barefoot in the room. The walls looked dirty and paint was outdated as well. For $90 your better off finding a motel 6 for less money..... I would never stay here again.... These impressions are after camping for two days and any indoor commodities were welcome......that's saying A LOT...

This hotel was not fancy, but adequate. It was in a nice neighborhood. It was half the price of the other hotels around which was helpful since we have a big family.

No coffee in the room. Dirty clothes in the dresser. Window in bathroom broke would not lock.

Great staff, nice indoor pool, happy we could bring our dog.

Good value but had no view. Not close to ocean. Blah blah blah.

Breakfast was only from 8-10am. Had to wait to get on the road. Then, there were only 8 seats. People had to stand to eat. Others left.

Good value for money and located along highway. Better than Motel 6, Super 8 and the likes.

The room was clean ...,The wi fi did not work. The spa was not working . The furniture could stand to be replaced big entertainment center with tv above it on wall, big open space useless ...

well... the room inside was pretty basic: king size bed, mini fridge, tiny bathroom, tube tv, wifi). It was good for the price that we paid. The door on the outside made it seem shady considering the paint was badly chipped and it looked like it has been through more than enough beatings. The staff were polite.... not super friendly but not rude either. the hotel....excuse me.....resort, was good for a day but if i stayed longer, i might have upgraded hotels.
