Room 443 needs new carpet, as it has a distinct sweaty feet smell, they also need to upgrade their sheets since they were a little pilly and scratchy. The room was spacious and otherwise very clean. I would stay here again if the price was reduced, but it's overpriced for the condition of the property.
It was easy access to the freeway. We had a lovely lunch at the adjoining restaurant. The view of the river from our room was nice.

This hotel is 'good enough" if you just need a place to sleep. The check-in staff was exceptionally friendly and room was pretty clean. It is located right next to major noisy highways and long-term construction zone of city park on river. It was a very poor value considering its location, a single queen bed and the rate we were able to get after the block for the wedding party was full.

I have a crew that will only stay there when working in the Portland area. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly

We were very happy with our 4 night stay at Rivershore Hotel. It was convenient to the 205. We were very comfortable. In fact we would love to know the brand of your mattress!!!
The building is a little bit old, but well maintained; and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. But the location--right on the shore of the Willamette River--is absolutely fantastic.

Hotel was very expensive for as run down as it was. I stay at best westerns all the time and this was disappointing. The restaurant was not great and the bar had some very sketchy people in there. Just not a safe and clean feeling place all around.
There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about this place! The location is great, right on the river. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable.
