The rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of 1,500.00€ and with the restrictions provided).

The rate does not include: Mandatory extra
cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per pet per week or part of the week). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourist tax (€2.50 per person per day for the first 7 days). Children under 14 are exempt).


Villa Fiorillo is a modern summer residence located in a residential area, on the southern side of the Orbetello lagoon, just 900 meters from Ansedonia beach. Built in the 80s and recently renovated, this three-bedroom villa features a simple but accurate style, total white furnishings and accessories, terracotta floors and large windows. Surrounded by greenery, trees and terraces, the villa offers sea views from the living area, kitchen and outdoor spaces, including the terrace and pool. Two porches provide shaded areas ideal for dining or relaxing outdoors. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and bathing establishments, while the natural and archaeological attractions of the Argentario coast, Feniglia, Capalbio and Orbetello are within easy reach.

The villa, of about 140 square meters, is spread over two levels connected by an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance through five terracotta steps that lead to a porch; large open-plan living area with sea view, dining table, sofa and TV; fully equipped kitchen with sea view and direct access to the pergola with built-in barbecue; a double bedroom; a twin bedroom with bunk bed; a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. LOWER FLOOR — A double bedroom with separate entrance and private bathroom with shower; technical room with washing machine, accessible from outside. Note: The fireplace is ornamental. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by about 1,500 square meters of fenced terraced land, planted with Mediterranean scrub, olive trees and flowering shrubs. From the pedestrian gate, a terracotta staircase leads to the main entrance and shaded outdoor areas, including a porch furnished as a relaxation area and a pergola equipped for outdoor dining, with a built-in barbecue. Both overlook the pool and the sea. The garden is partly lawned and bordered by hedges and stone walls. Outside the property there is a private parking area for two cars, shaded by a wattle roof. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located 4 meters from the villa, on a lower terrace with sea view. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 4 meters with a depth varying from 0.80 to 2.60 meters. It is covered in light blue PVC, with terracotta border; access via five semicircular Roman-style steps; chlorine purification; internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved with non-slip terracotta and is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor furniture and a hot shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
