Our only complaints are you couldn't control the temperature in the rooms. Had to be done by Maintenace. The pillows were terrible and we had to call to have them restock our refrigerator most days. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff is great
Resort and location were both GREAT! Would be hard to find something to complain about.
We’ve stayed 3 times here. The flies around the buffet this time was bad. We ended up eating out a few times due to not being able to eat after seeing that. Are flight got canceled due to weather up in our area so we needed to stay an extra night in a standard room w no view and I thought $530 was horrible. The room was not worth that price and felt was taken advantage due to the flight being canceled. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again. We are actually going back to spend the new year and will not be staying at this property again.
The workers are very nice and helpful But the upper staff is not full informed on the restaurants All the room brochures say first come first served The website says the same I called the desk my first day and was told the same When I went to the Nautilus restaurant I was told I need a reservation The next day I called the desk to make a reservation and was told again First come first served This was insulting and inconvenient
We were in a wonderful place and felt safe the entire time! K owing you can go somewhere and bring your children through town within walking distance of the resort in another country is priceless in itself!!

Great place for family vacation - pool , drinks and food was good. What I didnt like was that we had requested special arrangements for birthday and when we arrived nothing was accommodated for despite reminding the staff of the request twice. Despite this everything was reasonable - good.
Very nice resort, the property was well maintained. The restaurants that we ate at were really good. The mattress and pillows could use an upgrade other than that we had no issues. The pool area was very lively which we liked there was music, entertainment and a swim up bar. If you’re looking for a quiet resort this is not for you. We recommend this resort
