Worst hotel experience in Anaheim ever! Front desk staff and manager were the rudest I’ve ever met when they made a mistake and didn’t have the room we reserved available. WiFi never worked in our room. There was also a wedding taking place when we stayed there and drums were being played in the hotel lobby from 10pm-1130pm. Also, during this wedding there was no place to park our car when returning from Disney. When we spotted a staff member to ask where we should park, we were told that the wedding would be over at midnight so we should be able to find a spot then!! Worst customer service ever! Will never stay here again and that’s a shame because the location is great.

Nice hotel. However the lights inside the room were so dimmed making it look dark and old

There are many hotels including this one in close proximity to Disney, which is the advantage. They collect a mandatory resort fee which includes the shuttle's to Disney (which is great). However, the overall stay was not at all comfortable. My first room's bathtub was dirty. The front desk later agreed to change the room, however, the overall feel of the room was old, rusted, dull. The thermostats are broken. The staff was called in to turn on the heater as the thermostat knobs were broken, and instead the staff left with turning on the AC. Will not recommend anyone this hotel.

We stayed for a last minute Disneyland trip. Room was great, and not as expensive as competitors.

The hotel is beautiful from outside, lobby and restaurant. The rooms not so much but we were told they are remodeling the rooms in August 2017. The staff was very nice and professional. We had th breakfast buffet and it was delicious. We also ordered room service and the food was great. They have a washer, dryer, little shop and bar. The pool was very nice too. All and all it was a pleasant experience.

Booked hotel on advertised rate then at end they say "oh, there's a resort fee" and then you get charged hospitality fees; and everything is taxed. Wish I would've booked the plain Jane motel closer to Disneyland yo save money. The hotel itself is nice and the staff helpful.

Found the conference room and lobby and outside of the hotel presentable. When I had asked the staff questions regarding change and possible late check out. Female staff members were rude. Phone manners were unprofessional. After taking a shower, the water kept running even when off. Female staff member said to me via phone it was normal and it kept me up all night.

Didn't appreciated and did not like the $20/day resort fee!!

It is really close to Disneyland and I love that that it included a shuttle service to and from Disneyland every hour. The service was for the most part on time. It was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and had a nice variety. The room was clean and beds were comfortable and the price was very reasonable for being so close to Disney and the quality of the service.

Not a bad place to stay but very busy, and the parking situation is ridiculous. Its close to disneyland, and has access to alot of great restaurants. The hotel itself is pretty modern, very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. if you dont want to pay insane fees near the park, this isnt a bad option. they have a shuttle to the park and honestly its close enough that you could walk it with relative ease. I might stay here again if we plan to do Disney but otherwise its a little to cluttered and busy for my tastes.

Was at Disneyland all day walking around, wanted a nice hotel near Disneyland. It is not walking distance, quiet a walk if you had to walk. Nice comfortable room. Took a hot shower and relaxed before hitting the sack. When checking out the next day, went to the counter to pay my bill. They didn't have any cash change so I had to search around for change. Wasn't Impressed with that!!!

Always a fun trip to Disneyland. Location was a bit far for us to walk, so we ended up having to drive. We usually like staying closer so we don't have to deal with the parking traffic, but it was ok. The hotel itself was awesome! Room setup was pretty cool. Would be willing to stay again!

Good hotel. Staff are very nice. The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland, which is very convenient for visitors. The room is quite clean and comfortable. I like this hotel.

This place was affordable. The customer service was great. The room were clean. Provides shuttle to Disneyland. I will stay here again.

The food was priced to high they have a place to buy d-land tickets on sight which was nice at first but when I lost my 3 day hopper they had no record of it even being bought there (THAT SUCKED) and were not able to help me at all. The staff was amazing they played with the kids and were happy to see them everyday we were there (5 days) the maids were a blessing and even the laundry crew raced down the halls with my kids. The hotel nights were quiet and we will love to stay again and again with kids

Met expectations for a trip to disneyland. Room was large, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except upon checking in I had to sign for a daily fee of $16.00 for ammenities and hospitality services. Since when doesn't a room come with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion? I found that to be hidden fees and with no other option to go somewhere else I was forced to pay it. I wouldnt stay again simply for that reason even though the hotel was very comfortable and clean. I expect my room to be cleaned daily and new towels to be provided as well as sheets on my bed.

Good experience no complaints, staff was very nice.

For the rate we got at this hotel, I was very impressed. The lobby areas were very updated. Every interaction with staff was friendly. The Blend coffee shop was great to have for a quick bite to eat in the morning. We went to Disneyland every day. The shuttles seemed very consistent and efficient. The only downside was that it was packed early in the morning and at park close, but that happens at most hotels. The room and bathroom were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was slightly spott but didn't need to use it much. The only thing was the bathroom tub/shower area was very dark.

We arrived at the hotel at approximately 10 PM L.A. time, exhausted from our flight from NYC looking forward to checking into our room. Our room was pre-paid. The hotel was busy, although it was only a tuesday night, not a weekend, and I was told they did not have my room with two double beds. They had one room with a king size bed and they had to send in a rollaway bed for the night. My son and I were not sleeping in the same bed, he's 20 years old. We booked two nights. They offered me a free breakfast as compensation which I rejected and demanded they comp me the room for the one night, since they gave away my prepaid room! Then, I had to track down the paperwork by being relentless. I think management of that hotel is either incompetent, corrupt or both?
