Room was stinking. I had to buy air fresheners. Even they didnt work for this room. In the middle of the night i felt something crawling on me. It was a Roach. I couldnt sleep for the rest of the night. I am not staying in this hotel ever again.

Terrible experience owner/manager is a sociopath. Unreal. Stalked my children. Cockroaches. Cold hot tub. Bad coffee etc etc etc

My Uncle passed away and we needed a place to stay for the services. We saw that this hotel was across the street from the Mortuary and thought this should be okay. Well, the room smelled of cigarette, cigarette stains on the carpet and hair on the bedding. It seemed that many people live here, we encountered police activity in one of the rooms. It was just me and my Mom so we were a bit concerned. I can say that the staff was very friendly, the maid gladly came and changed the sheets and it was very quite the night we stayed. I'm sure they are doing the best to keep the site clean and safe.

It felt like camping. No AC!! Bug infested ! Praying I don’t have bed bugs after this. We were camping basically in a hotel that used to halfway decent !

A/C was turned OFF for cold weather already! Temperature was in the 80's

Converted from A/C to Heat already! Too Hot with Santa Ana winds .

I met some crazy people yet some unforgettables. This has been the place for many years and I

Breakfast was basic, room was basic, and was fine if inexpensive no frills lodging is what you are looking foe, as I was. I stayed for 11 days, and had no issues. It is next to the 405 Fwy and has easy travel by surface roads to the beach areas. Lots of nearby restaurants, shopping, gas stations and convenience stores. Nice friendly staff.

Room was okay. Washcloths were dirty and room smelled like smoke.

The outside was cute but inside had cockroaches on the walls and in my bed. There was stains on the sheets and furniture. Not clean

This is the worst Inn we had ever stayed and Orbitz shouldn't associate with this Inn location. There isn't/aren't word(s) to describe about our stay. I trusted Orbitz and now I am questioning.

Check in was hectic. Only 1 employee was on duty ON A HOLIDAY. Waited a while to even start my process. Once I got to the room, I turned the AC on and realize the system was broken. Air would come out, but not cold air. I called the front office asking for a fan and they called back later to say they didn't have one. When I asked what can be done about the AC, the employee simply said nothing. After our first night, the room was cleaned BUT NEVER REPLACED OUR TOWELS. So now we have no towels to shower with our second morning. This hotel was horrible. I will never stay here again.

It was for one night so it was ok nothing spectacular but the price was right

It was ok. Wi fi was weak. Bed was really hard. Room was dated. Limited TV channels. Staff was terrific!

Need I say more. Just needed a cheap hotel to stay for the night. I won't make that mistake again.

Arrived at the hotel, check-in was very time consuming, asked for a smoke-free room, arrived in my room and there was actually a sign that said SMOKING ROOM, I went to front desk to request a room change and the attended proceeded to argue with me, he claimed it didn't smell like smoke to him. He refused to change my room, or give me my money back and said there were no more rooms available, when I could clearly see there was rooms available. Due to the late time of night I was forced to stay, the roomed smelled like smoke, and there were burnt marks on the sink. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gum and blood spots on the carpet, no a/c, bed is like a rock and dirty sheets!!!

Although we were only there for one night, I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Room smelled, A/C didn't work well and the temps were over 100, Could hear everything outside our room, breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal, and danishes, no refrigerator or blow dryer in room.

Beware there roaches everywhere. Even the bed!! So disgusting '!

The hotel would not refund my money, said you had to.so ?
