It was ok. Wi fi was weak. Bed was really hard. Room was dated. Limited TV channels. Staff was terrific!

Need I say more. Just needed a cheap hotel to stay for the night. I won't make that mistake again.

Arrived at the hotel, check-in was very time consuming, asked for a smoke-free room, arrived in my room and there was actually a sign that said SMOKING ROOM, I went to front desk to request a room change and the attended proceeded to argue with me, he claimed it didn't smell like smoke to him. He refused to change my room, or give me my money back and said there were no more rooms available, when I could clearly see there was rooms available. Due to the late time of night I was forced to stay, the roomed smelled like smoke, and there were burnt marks on the sink. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gum and blood spots on the carpet, no a/c, bed is like a rock and dirty sheets!!!

Although we were only there for one night, I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Room smelled, A/C didn't work well and the temps were over 100, Could hear everything outside our room, breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal, and danishes, no refrigerator or blow dryer in room.

Beware there roaches everywhere. Even the bed!! So disgusting '!

The hotel would not refund my money, said you had to.so ?

I checked in was pretty rundown. I asked about airport transportation. If you advertise airport transportation, supply it. They were never, ever, serious about giving me a ride to the airport. When I got to my room I immediately called and made my own airport transportation plans. There was and old work wall box sitting on the dresser with a receptacle. Plugged in the outlet was a lamp with a cord spliced with electrical tape. Totally dumpy. Walls falling down. I took pictures, because I'm sure they would lie about the deplorable conditions. Old furniture. Trash littered outside my doors and other doors. Vagabond In Costa Mesa is pretty rough.

The room and surrounding areas were dated and unclean.

This wasn't that nice of a hotel but I needed to stay here because of the location. The staff was very helpful and helped take care of canceling my second night when I needed to leave a day early. They even had some food for breakfast in the morning and WIFI password worked good. Its just an old hotel with very inexpensive furniture and not a lot of updates.

Stayed at last minute easy to book. Basic room low cost safe. Little loud outside of room at night.

Found some bugs and fleas in the bed and at window. Asked to change the room and the staff did that imidiatly.

Stay was convenant. Had issue with a/c front desk brought a fan, did not offer avail room to move to. The room was outdated and TV was staticky the entire stay. For the price I expected accomodations to be a bit better than it was overall.

it was a little dirty and some of the appliances were not working properly so maintenance fixed them.I stay here a lot and the staff is pretty nice and likes to accommodate me.

1) the A/C or heater did not work 2) the bathroom door did not close 3) the WIFI does not work at all they are too cheap to buy better service and they blame there are too many users downloading, even at 1am-4am at night 4) the young skinny-faced desk person is very, very rude and unprofessional 5) the carpet has not been changed since the 1970s 6) the smell in the room is so awful that it's hard to breathe well I would not doubt if there is asbestos or mold 7) they try to give you a smoking room that you did not order and insist to give you that room, assuming that you're incompetent and don't realize that the next room they give you still smells like smoke and has matches on the table 8) a bug, while sleeping, bit my face 2 days in a row 9) they still have popcorn ceilings and you can see water damage 10) there is mold in the bathroom 11) the faucets in the bathtub, the toilet, area has been there since 1970 12) the marketing and ads of this place are a complete misrepresentation this place should be condemned harmful and hazardous I will never come back here. The Costa Mesa building and safety should shut that place down and force improvements because it is hazardous. I'm completely shocked that this place has passed any building code it should be condemned. Avoid this place because it is not healthy for you or your family. It is so disgusting, there are not enough words to describe this place.

My family went to Disneyland Friday, California adventur Saturday with the kids. Spent little time in the hotel as expected. Good place and location just to sleep for not breaking the bank.

Staff was fine, location was 8 miles from the convention center. My biggest gripe were the roaches. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out, he jotted something down and said nothing. The fridge which was in the room was just for looks, it wasn't plugged in and no plug to plug it in, it was like useless piece of furniture. Bed was hard, room was clean, except for the roaches. Two days at $150 minus the roaches would of been a good deal. Steer clear of room 145

no dead bolt on door, room had bed bugs, overall room was dirty

it was a really big disappointment. there were black widow spiders coming out of air vents

If you are looking for a quick one night cheap hotel this is the place to go. If you are not going to be in the hotel much time and just need a cheap place to sleep for a night this is your hotel.

Oldwork box on dresser with a spliced lamp cord. Really? crumbling concrete drab wornout room trash outside my door as well as other doors.
