Stayed here for a work Christmas party. Has a great experience.

Except for the beautiful waterfall fountain outside the lobby bar that is below the swimming pool, this hotel isn't all that special for the price. I could hear someone walking on hardwood floors above my room (and I was almost on the top floor), you could hear others going in and out of their rooms because the room doors slam very hard, and the walls are thin. The staff is the least of friendly or eager to do their job--I had to go find a bellman standing around inside to get my luggage out of the cab, and my room wasn't all that clean--the good thing is it had a nice view.

overall it is okay. not too bad, not too good. they didn't refill supplies though.

Always need to wait for help, no matter for check in/out or just valet parking. Other than this, it's a nice hotel to stay in.

This hotel and the staff are incredible. The hotel is beautiful. It has a beautiful water falls next to the lobby and a great heated outdoor swimming pool on the second floor. The hotel is conveniently located next to Scott's restaurant and the South Coast Plazza shopping mall with multiple restaurants to choose from. There's also a CVS pharmacy and other restaurants in walking distance. It's the perfect get away experience.

This hotel is one of my favorites. I have always been able to depend on the Westin hotels to guarantee excellent amenities and services. The beds are so comfortable that I like them better than my own bed at home...TempurPedic!

have stayed at this hotel numerous times, room is ample and clean, bedding and pillows sub par. Was a bit dissapointed that we left room service tray in hall as instructed at 6 mp and it was still in hall following morning at 9am, but location location location for me. Being from San Diego it is perfect for a place to stay when seeing a show

The room was good, bed was nice and soft. People there was friendly. Only thing i didnt like was the fact that parking there was 20 or valet for 28 per night. Other then that it was enjoyable and fun there.

Just stayed here one night and didn't really use any of the amenities. The room and bed were nice - nothing to complain about. They did charge $20.00 for parking, which I wasn't expecting.

So I decided to stay here for my Birthday Weekend and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. The rooms are pretty basic other than the flat screen tv and the heavenly bed and shower. So i decided to spend an extra hundred dollars and get this hotel so when I checked in and they told me I had to pay for parking I was irritated and then when I found out its $20-$28 a night! Ridiculous. On top of that ridiculous cost there is also a charge for internet. I understand that this is a Westin Hotel and things are going to be more expensive but I was pretty disappointed with all the extra charges on top of the nightly room charge.

This was a great hotel, quiet, comfortable, clean, really nice staff, easy to park/valet, Starbucks in the lobby, a very nice pool and close to restaurants, shopping and the John Wayne Airport, I would defnitely stay there again on business.

Great Hotel, great central location, However, be warned that they charge you an extra $20 per day to park your car in an adjacent public parking deck!!! House keeping didnt renew in room coffee, cream, suga,r etc. - had to get it from reception each day. Otherwise a great hotel.

Had a great short stay over the Memorial Weekend. We got a fantastic room on the 8th floor with a view of the park and the music hall beyond which the partial view of Orange County Skyline was great. We even saw fireworks from Disneyland from this room. Okay, the annoyance. My fiance and I were hoping to sit in the Jacuzzi after dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. The only tiny little problem was that THEY DIDN'T HAVE A JACUZZI! Another annoyance that made me not give a 5* was that there were teenagers running and yelling in the hallway. Not sure if this was something they could do much about. Also, parking was expensive so take this into account of your total cost!

Overall the hotel is very nice. Its location to the posh South Coast Plaza mall is exceptional. Otherwise, the hotel isn't as luxurious as I was expecting it to be. I was surprised that the heated pool didn't have an accompanying jacuzzi. That is almost standard for hotels in the area of that price range.

For one room with 2 double beds, we paid $322. There is NO jacuzzi on this property. Hotel pool was barely heated (it's outside too). Room had outdated decor. Hotel's advantage is that it is across street from the mall, but that shouldn't be the ONLY thing going for it. A really poor example of a Westin.

This hotel is located near South Coast Plaza mall. Everything you could want is within a 5 mile radius. The rooms are nicely appointed and quiet. Upper end hotel which makes for a nice setting.

Check in was easy, facilities were luxurious. Bed was comfortable, pool was beautiful. No complaints.

I was able to print my boarding pass prior to leaving.

The pool and hotel was very wonderful. Good food and nice staff. Would definately stay there again!

staff did a great job of fixing our registration "oops". they upgraded our room and took care of parking. ireally apprciated their effort after finding our registration, thought prepaid had been lost and it took about 30 mnutes to get it corrected. bravo!
