I called before arriving to make sure my rooms were ready, and was answered and then immediately put on hold for 15-20 minutes, after she finally answered I was met with an extremely rude receptionist that told me to just come talk to her in person after I confirmed one room but was trying to confirm the other, and then was hung up on. Upon arriving I found that she was putting everyone on hold while talking to other people in the lobby casually. After checking in I went to see our rooms, they were NOT smoke free, there were burn marks all over the table and the bedsheets. The Water smelled like sewer water, the drawers smelled like mold as well. I only stayed there for 3 hours and that was just me trying yo look for another hotel for us to stay in and was charged one night because we stayed more than 4 hours, which was most deffinettly not true. If Orbitz sponsors hotels like this then I'll take my business travels elsewhere.

Pros: Bargain priced room close to Disneyland (abt. $68 night weekend rates Nov. 2017) Route 43 bus is straight shot to Disneyland (25 min, $2, save on DL parking) Nice Pool area Friendly Staff Iron, frig, microwave Room Service Menu Cons: No frills accommodations (yet expected and appreciated in this price range) No hair dryer (brought my own) Only bar soap, towels, and wash cloths in room (used my own shampoo) I was pleasantly surprised after reading so many negative reviews. I got spooked since I'd already booked before reading reviews. But this room met my need for basic accommodations for a fun weekend at Disneyland. And I'd choose this again over AirBnb in the same price range. I can tell this motel is working hard to establish itself and keep prices low after a change in ownership. Google maps street view still shows it with the Comfort Inn sign. So don't let that confuse you. My room was acceptably clean and comfortable with a fresh coat of paint. There was a stack of old furniture and mattresses in an out of the way area of the parking lot staged to be hauled off. I took this as a sigh that this establishment is in process of being improved. My mattresses were also new. Minutes after entering my room, I received a friendly call from Beverly, the desk clerk who checked me in, asking if the room looked acceptable. It was.

Room served its purpose. Bring a hair dryer because there wasn't one in our room and put your drinks in the mini fridge as soon as you get there because you may not find ice. Front desk argued with us that there was an ice machine on the first floor by the vending machines and maybe it was out being serviced but it was Not there even though she showed us her map to show us that it was. The second floor machine didn't work.

Please don't come here. The rooms are bad and smell like cigarettes. Please read carefully before booking this hotel. They will charge you a rate of 1 night if cancel your room due to uncleanliness.

I was very disappointed to stay because it was very smelly, and not clean in the room.

Checked In at 6pm, called prior to that for late check in. Booked a room for a non smoking however given a smoking room and the agent keep on insisting that its a non smoking room. Stayed for a night due to sold out room but promised to be moved the next day. Next day came, called as early as 10am to remind them about the transfer however advise to call back at 2. Went out and came back at 2 with keys not working, the agent checked us out. All out stuff inside. Moved to a new room, agent keep on saying our room number so loud that everyone can hear. I think they need more training and be reminded regarding privacy and confidentiality. Very disappointed. Will never check in and will never recommend this motel.

Room was nicely remodeled. Good price. Big king size bed. Didn't provide toiletries other than bath soap. Tub drained slow and shower nob was funky, but that's a maintenance fix. Some of the tenants were sketchy looking, so be aware, but if you want a decent priced hotel that won't break the bank and not too far when traveling to Disneyland, it's worth it.

They banged at the door at 8.30am asking me whether I would pay for another day or leave at 11 am. Why would they wake me up??? So stupid!!

This is the worse hotel you can stay in people at the front desk is so rude i paid and they wanted to kick me out at 1 am I had to go downstairs to register again rooms are dirty no ac broken windows just TERRIBLE

Check in and staff was great. Room was in very poor condition. Yes it did have 2 beds but, at least the one I was laying was lopsided and so as a result my head felt like it was always sinking in on one side. The carpet in the room looked like it had seen much better days, actually it had in fairly large hole . The chair had a tear that could not be ignored. The room was musty and they could not do anything to get the smell out. Noise level was as expected due to families and children. The pool area was really poor as well. The chairs and recliners all were torn up with big holes. The water tasted unsafe with a weird taste and really no chlorine smell. Although the pool and Jaccuzi looked clean, the floor felt like there was objects on the floor that I kept stepping on. The cleaning service did not start until the 3rd day even though we told them on multiple occasions to clean the room. I cannot believe I paid $100 a night for something so poor and so old looking. The pictures on the website looked good, but so deceiving. I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. They really should give me my money back.

There's smalls cockroachs, and the last night they don't clean the room... but i Pay 326 dlls 4 nigths...

A friend and I were in town for a quick Disneyland vacation. The condition of the place looked like it was uncared for from the outside. The inside of the lobby and the rooms were more than fine.

A good motel to stay, clean, and close to shopping malls and restaurants. Staff are nice. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room, but no coffee machine. You have to get coffee in Lobby, or cross street to Starbucks.

Dead and live cockroaches everywhere!! The staff was nice and provided a refund but the room was nothing close to the pics online

Room wasn't cleaned, even after mentioning it to front desk.

The hotel itself is run down. The only decent place is the lobby and your right across the street from a camp out area for the homeless. The room we reserved was infested with cockroaches and we immediately left the room and demanded a refund. Never stay here it is a shady filthy hotel.
