Excellent low cost value option for Anaheim resorts.
Good overall
I liked the proximity to the Convention Center. Room was spacious and pretty clean. I didn't like the musty smell toward the bathroom or the fact that there was no warm water in the morning.
The hotel room was very clean, no funky smell. We loved that breakfast was included.
The property overall was good. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs and concerns. I did have an issue with my safe but they were able to get it fixed by the next day. I would stay here again....not my 1st choice but also not my last.
We stayed in the family suite with 2 bathrooms for 4 nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. My kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds in the additional room. The breakfast service was adequate to get started in the morning. The place is close to Disneyland and there were restaurants at walkable distance. The area seemed safe to walk late in the evening. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it, especially if you are traveling with kids.
The location was good the hotel was older but decent.
Like reviews said the carpet leaves your feet black. Having a separate room with a bunk bed was nice. The breakfast included eggs and potatoes and was decent. I would stay here again.
A nice family property close to convention center and Disney Land. Plenty of family eating options in walking distance.
Great location, loved the two bedroom with bunk bed option. At first glance the room looks like nice and updated but look more closely and it was kind of dirty and not well kept. Did not like how dirty the room was. Floor made our feet and socks black after the first few minutes for arriving!! We even took a baby wipe to the floor and it came up so black. My daughter and I both had allergies in the room as well. The air conditioners in the kids room had a strange pee smell too. The hotel was ok overall it served its purpose but we wouldn’t stay there again.
Well we stayed 4 nights and the first night we got a room where the curtain couldn’t be closed entirely, and next to this gate that made a loud noise everytime they would close it. Honestly the sound in this hotel is pretty bad you can hear everything and it caused my kids and myself to wake up randomly at night. I got this hotel because it was not far from disney but still a 20 min walk, and if you wait for the bus (since they have no shuttle) then it takes an extra 20 min since the bus is highly unreliable. I would recommend you spend the extra bucks and stay somewhere either farther with its own shuttle or closer to a walking distance.
Having an individual bedroom with bunk beds makes 3 big men sleep on ourselves bed to stay comfortable before flying back home.
Rooms could use some help, pictures misleading… probably from when it was new. Bathroom doors have water bubbles that have been repainted countless times. For the family suites there are glass doors that lights shine into when kids go to bed. Had to put a blanket over it but then couldn’t shut the door. Carpets were literally stapled to the wall and floor in places, was worried about kids finding loose staples. Shower curtains allow water to go everywhere when showering so we always had a fair amount of water on bathroom floor. It was a nice clean place and tried to be family friendly but the whole place could use an update/remodel. Too many cheap cover up’s that are very noticeable. Also we could hear everything in our bottom floor that was going on with people above us…kept kids awake for hours
