Loved the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone in the staff was very friendly.

This was a perfect option for my business trip. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Waited for shuttle at airport for half hour while scores of other hotel shuttles came and went whisking passengers to their hotels. Called the hotel at 10:48 to ask where the shuttle was, and was informed that the shuttle stopped running at 11:00 and was shut down for the evening, and that I would need to find alternate transportation. When asked why the shuttle had stopped prior to 11:00, a rude, unclear explanation was given. Upon check in, it was noted that the hotel was worn down and shabby. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had in a Springhill Suites property, and I will definitely not be staying there again. For those prices, there are much better options nearby.

It is pretty good, clean but it might be a little bit noise because the airport is nearby

SpringHill Suites are always great, clean room and lobby. Nice hotel. Quiet but close to Disneyland. Strongly recommended.

A few friends and I took a trip to LA and decided to stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. One thing about the room I wasn't too fond of was there were no locks on the bathroom and shower doors? Other than that our stay was great!

Close to the airport. Decent breakfast. Great staff. I stay here every time I fly in and out of OC.

stayed a night, fast check in, good value , no parking fee, free fast wifi, free hot breakfast, would stay again

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away from it all on cinco de mayo so After doing some research and reading many reviews I found spring hill to be the best bang for my buck and dont regret spending the 109 per night at all. Free parking, nice staff, extremely comfortable bedding, and it was also convenient for my girlfriend that they had Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioner so we didn't have to go buy a decent shampoo for her because as we all know most hotels carry vo5 or something similar in quality. All in all nice place that was about 10 min away from yost theatre which is where we ended up going later that evening. Didn't get to try out the free complimentary breakfast but I heard it was good. Maybe next time.

It was a perfect distance from where we were traveling and I love that they had a fridge and microwave! I loved it!!

This hotel is ok for business trips. Location is quite close to the airport and at times you can here the airplanes but not often. Breakfast was pretty good. Housekeeping was somewhat disappointing: sometimes they came quite early or forgot to leave coffee etc. Room was pretty nice and clean. Heating/cooling system somewhat noisy and I had to turn it off at night to be able sleep.

Very clean and comfortable. The room had seperate spaces, which works great if traveling with another person.

Room was clean. Staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just okay, nothing spectacular. Quiet location near the highway. Good for the money.

I stayed here for two weeks for business. The rooms and hotel were very clean and modern. The hotel offered a decent breakfast every morning. The gym had the basics (dumbbells and cardio) . No bar, or room service, just a "market" in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here for more than a week, but provides the basic amenities.

This place was an excellent get away. room was clean and gave the right atmosphere.

Room was very clean. When I called in for early check-in, the hotel was very accommodating. The room was like a semi-suite since the living area has some sort of separation from the sleeping area. Pretty good for the price you pay.

Kids loved it! When we got there it was raining but my kids still enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. I would return next time I go back to Disneyland.

We are are family with 3 kids and this hotel worked well for us. For the most part, the room was comfortable, nice and clean. The buffet was the best part! The food and selection was awesome and the kids loved it! The only cons was the first day I asked for extra towels and finally had to call 2 hrs later to check on the status. They did say they were busy but brought it right away. The A/C vent near the window was kind of loud in the middle of the night and it was kind of cold if you were in the bed closest to it. The pillows on the bed were a little too soft for my taste. Didn't get much neck support when sleeping. Other then that, we had a nice stay!

Close to the interstate, superior breakfast, new feeling to the hotel, great price. What more do you want?

This is where perception exceeds expectation. The location couldn't be better, very close to the airport without being affected by the airplane noise (until you step outside). That's fine by me. It's also close to major freeway and close to cities that we wanted to visit. A perfect place for us. The room was much bigger than we expected. The bathroom was clean, which was a plus. The cleaning staffs and the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty much what was expected from a hotel. We went out to eat instead. The parking lot was spacious and free. Wifi was also free and adequately fast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on the next visit to the OC.
