Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

I got this hotel from one of Orbitz's deals, so the hotel was 215 for two nights and I wasn't upset with any of the extra fees or inconveniences, because I knew that it is much more expensive usually and I got a good deal. However, if I were to pay the full amount there would be some things that would have bothered me. Parking is $21 a night if you are staying there, which is nice because if you are there 3 days you aren't charged for 3 days, but for two nights, and they let me leave my car there longer than scheduled. However, the parking lot can get pretty crazy because they let anyone park in the lot if they pay for it ($28 I think) so just keep that in mind and consider paying the extra $5 for valet parking if that's the case. I requested a king bed from Orbitz, but when I got to the room there were two fulls, with no indication at checkin. Usually I would have looked into it more, but I already waited long at checkout because there was only one person and we were just too tired to try to get a king sized bed. The hotel website claims there is a shuttle, which is just a city bus. It comes every 20 minutes and takes about 20 to get to the park, which is 17 minutes if you walk. The shuttle is 5.50 for the whole day. The room had a balcony which was really nice and there's a Walgreens and cvs within walking distance, making it easy to pack snacks for the park. They also gave us complimentary bottles of water, one less thing to buy in Disney.

Good hotel. Room service not so good. Room OK, clean and well kept but nothing to be really excited.

Elevators are terribly slow...waited at least 10 minutes for one each morning and are small for the size of the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean. We were happy that it was so close to the convention center. It took us no more than 5 minutes to walk. We had plenty of places to choose from to eat and shop within walking distance. Reservations are highly recommended. The only negative of our stay was the how loud the housekeeping staff conducted themselves. I peeked my head out the door to see why they were so loud. They were yelling down the hall at each other for things like which rooms were checking out for the day. Highly irritating when you are trying to sleep. I spoke with the front desk about the issue. But, it was still a daily occurrence.

The Sheraton Park Hotel was nearly perfect for my needs. I had just a short period of time to be in Anaheim and needed to be near several locations for the brief trip. The hotel is simply blocks from everything. Extremely walkable everywhere and super convenient. The rooms are very comfy and provide almost all you could need. There are 2 sets of elevators. Unfortunately the ones closest to our room had an elevator out of service on Saturday which made the already extremely slow elevators take a much longer time. If I wasn't carrying my luggage, I would have opted to take the stairs. While I felt very secure at this property, if I could give the hotel one tip it's that the sensor on the automatic doors is too sensitive. We were standing by the 2nd elevator (furthermost away) waiting and it remained open the entire time due to how sensitive it was. If you'd like to be 2 blocks from great restaurants, 4 blocks from Disney, this is a perfect place. It is very comfortable. Just be sure to leave plenty of time for the elevators or take the stairs.

very nice hotel. Will definetlly stay there again.

Great 1 size king bedroom, right next to the pool.

SOme of the staff was very nice. The bathtub needed some fixing. I let the Manager know. Received credit for another night stay if the Facilities manager. They helped what they could. Could have received some credit back for the room.

Good location. Convenient to the Disneyland property for the half-marathon weekend. The maid service was so tardy on the first day that I had been out to the pool, out to Disneyland and they were just providing service @ 4pm despite I had requested a room make-up by 11am. Considering I was going to bed early so that I could wake up @ 330am for the run, it was pointless at that time to have the room freshened. I enjoyed the spa and pool Food service in the "deli" was unattentive to customers and outrageously over-priced. Considering CVS and Walgreen's are less than 20 yards from the hotel, if they business owner wants to be competitive, they need to lower the prices.

Close to Disneyland two block Can walk may be 15 minutes. What I don't like is 21.00 dollar for parking and charge for internet. No shuttle.

We really liked the size of the room. The pool was nice and the poolside bar was a nice added bonus. We walked to Downtown Disney and it was really convenient for the Anaheim Convention Center.

Great pool. Convient location. In all an excellent value.

Came down to visit Disneyland for the day, was a perfect fit for our overnight stay! Was very pleased with the facility, closeness to the theme park and staff.

Great hotel to stay at if you're going to Disneyland, you can watch the fireworks from your balcony. It's about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the entrance to the parks.

Unforgettable breakfast fresh and tasty palace kindness

We picked this hotel due to the familiar name and reputation for the cost. Great location to Disneyland and different restaurants in town. The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. Dane in valet was helpful with directions. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff.

Pleasant stay, nice property, good staff. All the amenities. Great for families.

Our room was muggy and smelled like wet towels the mini fridge was hot and didn't start cooling until the last day of our stay the hotel staff wasn't very friendly and a little stuck up if you ask me they say they have a shuttle to Disney but it's more of a city bus and you must pay for that two on top of your hotel fee you pay for parking per day and you pay for the so called shuttle over all it was ok but I expected more from this hotel and got the same as if I would have stayed at a motel 6 wait correction I think motel 6 had friendlier staff and better smelling rooms oh well now we know

I always thought Sheraton hotels were great. Well not this one. Beds were uncomfortable and front desk wasn't very friendly. They charge for wi-fi, I read the details it stated complimentary breakfast and its when the room is upgraded. For the price they charge I would think they would at least give some complimentary services. But go somewhere else.

Great location, a walking distance from Disneyland (wife and daughter took the bus :) Helpful staff, good advice and great tips for ticket combinations. Room was lovely, 2 large double beds (our daughter got the best deal )
