Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim South Hotel

This hotel is very clean and has comfortable rooms but they aren't organized. We arrived around 12:30 and our room wasn't ready, which was fine considering check in was at 3. We left and came back at 4 and had to wait in the lobby for a half hour because the room still wasn't ready. The shuttle was a hit or miss so I don't recommend this hotel at all if you aren't there for a long trip or if it's your first trip to Disneyland. The shuttle was often late and one morning the first shuttle of the day was 45 minutes late, putting us in the park after they opened when the lines had already gotten long. There are other hotels in the area with free shuttles that operate better, I'll be staying at those in the future instead of overpaying for an unreliable shuttle that isn't on time.

Upon arrival guest services were very friendly, I booked a king bed but I wanted a two double they accommodated my request without any hesitance. The rooms were clean and spacious, I requested a new thicker pillows and they provided them within minutes. During my two week stay I received great customer service and excellent friendly management. Highly recommended, will book again.

The hotel staff was the best part of my stay! From the front desk to the restaurant staff they were great!

The elevators were rickety and didn't feel safe. One was shut-down while we were there.

An OK hotel that's close enough to Disneyland. The shuttle over isn't free so be ready to shell out about $6 a day per person, walk over a mile to the park, or pay $20 per car for the day. I'd give a consistent 3 on my rating but 1 of their 2 main elevators was down for my entire 3 night stay. It's not a big deal and I know there's probably a good reason for not being able to get the elevator repaired in a timely manner but it was annoying and inconvenient none the less. The staff eventually began directing everyone over to the service elevator in the hotel. All in all I'd rate this a good hotel and I'd probably stay again if the price is right.

The restaurant was friendly but food terribly slow

I like this hotel. Once in awhile gate opener doesn't work properly, but pushing button and front desk takes care of it. Couple of little things, like coffee wasn't added, shampoo wasn't added, but 1 minute phone call to the front desk and everything was delivered right away. Good service, clean rooms, nice people.

Tried room service, shuttle to downtown disney and bar in lobby. Had a great time. Staff was great!!

I want to thank him for the desert that I didn't know at the beginning

Front desk was great. Minimal wait time and knowledgeable. Hotel housekeeping services were average. When asked for extra towels, the person didn't seem pleased about the request. She asked me for room number, duration of stay, if services were needed in the afternoon and to provide her with my dirty towels. I'm used to receiving extra towels as we use it for swimming and the fitness center. When explained, she didn't look like she wanted to provide the extra towels. Aside from that, everything else was fine and pleasant.

Very nice hotel, great location. hotel staff very helpful.

I wish wifi was free and parking wasn't 12/night. Other than that it was great. Large spacious room. Big restroom. Fantastic and comfortable

The amenities were not that great, such as no sitting area in the room. the room was very tight. There were no plugs left to charge my phone. There was no wifi in the room. However the bed was comfortable the staff was pleasant . The room was clean. For the price paid I was at least expecting a little better especially with Sheraton .

First stay at this hotel!!! Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Disney shuttle ran pretty much on time everyday . This hotel sells Disney tickets at the front desk which made it convenient . Room was clean and the bed was comfy, didn't eat the breakfast but once and it was pretty good!! All in all it was a nice hotel, staff was helpful and friendly!!!

Nice clean hotel in great location! Great staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to families and travelers that are on the go!

Arrived in Anaheim around 11am. They were able to accommodate for early check in. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was kind of far from Disneyland, but they provide a shuttle for round trip for only $3. I would stay here again.

I would book this hotel again! Clean, modern and comfortable place to stay if booking a Disney vacation. Great bang for you bucks!

The three day conference was held at the hotel and with that said....it was perfect for me! Would stay again!!

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Target is right across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel stay was great. It's a very convenient location in terms of going out to dine and to get everyday commodities. The front lady was very nice and agreed to waive our parking fee since we are staying for 3 nights. Overall, Sheraton is a great place to stay and we would go back again.
