Near freeway so at times traffic noise can be very loud.

A lot of amenities and stuff to do. Hotel is an older hotel and needs some updating, but overall it was fine.

Very large yet quaint rooms. I can't wait to stay again!

Great family hotel with onsite activities like pool, hottubs, shuffleboard etc. Note though that no diaper aged children are allowed in the pools. We had a one bedroom suite with 2 twin murphy beds in the "living room", it was perfect for our family of four. My only complaint is the pillows, seriously, what's up with the lumpiness?

This hotel was better than expected. Rooms were not big, but useful. We had a Deluxe Room, which has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, along with a living room which has two murphy beds and one sofa bed. It was just enough space for 4 adults and 2 small children. My only gripe is that there is no AC or ventilation in the bedroom, except a window. With highway being right there, opening up a window brought in lots of noise. Otherwise it was too hot in the bedroom. But the building was well sound proofed though.

The room was large enough for several people to share.

Very much enjoyed our stay and great options and location for the price.

I've stayed here for years. The staff is kind and always helpful. My only complaint is the beds are very hard.

I usually really enjoy my stays at the San Clemente inn , which is why I go back. However not so much this time! Any time you ran the water in the bathroom it smelled very strongly of sewer, & both nights there were house centipedes on the walls... WHICH REALLY FREAKED US OUT! Doubt I will return again.

I was attending a wedding and really just needed a place to sleep. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and parking was really easy. There are certainly no frills but I didn't expect any for what I paid.

I was in town to visit my son. The hotel was very near his residence and to the coast which was important to me. If I get the opportunity to return to San Clemente I will use this hotel again. With no elevator it was a struggle for me to get my luggage up the steps but a staff member saw my struggle and assisted. I requested a roll away bed for my granddaughter but none was available which would have made her stay more comfortable. This was not the fault of the facility just my ignorance of the room lay out.

Family was staying at a nearby camp site and we decided to find a room near by for a night. Found this room and was the most affordable at the time. This facility was very clean and had lots of amenities. I would have loved to stay longer and enjoy them but our trip was very quick, by the time the hotel check in @ 4:00pm and check out at 10:00am, there is not much time to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. I recommend you plan to stay longer and enjoy this clean, friendly, family facility. Has lots for families with children to enjoy and close to the Beach.

Place needs updating. Very worn common areas. Pool closed friday due to fecal exposure.family place, but not for me.

Staff is great ! Loved our stay. We will be back in November!

The hotel was more than we expected, the staff was helpful and friendly, the room had all the accommodations for our family to prepare meals in the room. The beach was only a short walk from the resort.

For the price, this is an awesome place. It's like a small apartment with all the amenities and feels very homey. The only issue we had was the room keys are VERY sensitive so we had to get them re-keyed often. Other than that everything was spectacular!

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet, nice grounds, and a hard bed

The area was amazing and it was a short walk to the beach which was beautiful, would have been nice to have free coffee in lobby! Restaurant in site was good!

Went to go see my now husband and this is where we stayed that was close to his base and the staff was excellent and the room was very home-like feeling. Definitely would recommend!

The rooms are excellent, have everything you'd ever need and more. Free good movie rentals at the front desk and a very comforting place overall for a relaxing get a way walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff, easy check in and out. I give this hotel 5* for the price I will definitely stay again!
