They did not even have our save reservation upon arrival of check in. Says we had cancelled prior to dates which we never did! Tried selling up a smaller room for a higher price and would not honor our Orbitz reservation when it was their fault to begin with. They were not helpful whatsoever and we ended up getting a place else where in the middle of the freaking night after a long, tiring drive

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I am not one to complain but this one took the grand prize. My bed sheets had stains and cigarette burns. Luckily, I had two beds in the room and got to choose the cleanest one. In addition, one of my lamps was stripped and did not want to turn on. My phone to call the front desk was not working and I had to walk to the front counter to make most of my complaints. My card keys did not open my door. I had to get three card keys and only one of them actually opened the door. You need a key to turn the power on in the room. If the key is not in place, the tv and lamps will turn off. I had a conjoint get door to another room. The gap on the bottom of the door was very big and I could hear every word that the people next door were saying. I stuffed a towel underneath to muffle the sound. The toilet seat was misaligned and the the shower was clogged. At this point, I was tired of complaining and just tried to make the best of it. They beds were not bolted to the floor and every time I would lay on it or sit on it, they would move across the floor. Finally, they did not have enough parking for their customers. When we returned from Disneyland, there were no parking spaces and I had to park perpendicular to cars that were parked in the stalls, blocking them in. They had to come wake me up in the morning to move my car so that other customers may leave.

The hotel was dirty and smelled. I saw pictures online showing a pool and hot tub. They don't exist here and never have. The staff was of no help. The wifi did not work. There were gaps in the door to the outside and the floor and between the floor and the connecting door to the room next door. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were useless. Don't stay here not matter how much cheaper it is compared to the places around it. You will regret it period.

My experience was not satisfied. Stuff did not give what I need in the room. Bed was so hard, Pillow, blanket is old and towel is so rough. I see the room is newly remodeled but you need to put the safety lock so little can't just open the door. Since the door knob is so easy to reach for the small kids to run away or go out.

My purpose for picking this location was to be close to the Anaheim Convention Center. Disneyland is also just a block or two away which is a plus. Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles is just across the street. When I entered the room I was assigned to, the first thing that caught my eye was the bathroom door. It has cracks near the door knob as if someone kicked the door open from inside. It has a lock, but the door wouldn't stay locked. The shower head is just disgusting that I didn't even bother to use it. Outside the bathroom, you can see the rusted floor. The microwave and refrigerator looked like they had been there for decades. The bed was hard. I had one white pillowcase and two stained pillowcases. This motel needs a big upgrade. Or maybe just that room.

ARRIVED To Lax at 11:30 pm needed a last min hotel. When we arrived at 12:45 am front desk was ready for us and very nice. It's in a great location. We only stayed for a couple of hours.

I firmly believe you get what you pay for 9 times out of 10 but this was truly a disappointment. The worst offense was the floor. Dark laminate was pretty to look at but hid the fact that no one ever cleaned it. My feet were black every night. I ended up wearing socks inside. The room itself needed maintenance. Peeling paint, bad patch jobs, and an a/c unit that created humidity along with the cool air. (It was not at all humid outside.) The first time they cleaned the room they took all the towels but didn't leave any new ones. They also somehow overlooked the very full trash cans. The fridge and microwave functioned but they were old and the gasket on the fridge had a large gap causing some serious frost build up. And beware of the breakfast provided. I have had many free breakfasts that come with the price of the room but this was barely deserving of the name. Corn flakes or cheerios was the only cereal offered along with boxed donuts, juice and coffee. I wasn't expecting an omlette bar but a piece of fruit and some instant oatmeal wouldn't have hurt! For just a couple dollars more per night we could have been next door at the Ramada where things weren't so dismal. The staff seemed quite nice, with a good attitude but the facility itself was a true disappointment.

Was shown as having a pool and hot tub in the amenities we came here and they didn't have either they said they took them out one year ago. Checking is suppose to be at 3pm we came in at 3:10pm they gave us our room key but when we got there it was still dirty food/crumbs on the floor human feces in the toilet no pillow case on the pillows, had to go get a maid and have them finish cleaning. Not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms people were double parking behind other people's cars. We asked for a refund due to these issues and were denied. Very deceitful buisness practices I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall a decent enough older property. We were there for three nights. Price seemed fair for the area and level of ammenities.

It was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast could get better.

We had a good experience. Everything was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast food was basic. But didn't expect too much for the price we got.

Stayed the night during a birthday disneyland trip. The room was as expected. A clean bed to sleep, working bathroom, working tv and convenient location. We will stay again if the process remain fair.

I stayed two nights. I would consider it a decent enough place to stay for a short stay. The room was clean, and the good thing is had microwave & mini refrig. Good shower/bathroom/sink area. The doors could be sealed a little better. Staff was pretty good/friendly-I requested to be moved after initial checkin/door in room was poorly functioning..no issues after that. The pool/jacuzzi is small, but saw people in. The property could be kept cleaner, but inside rooms were fine.

There was hair in the towels and bathroom. Pillows were not all that comfy and staff did not Sean that friendly.

Great Location! Nice room to stay for the night! Friendly staff. only thing was that the wait for check in was too long.

I'm sure there were a couple of families there, but for the most part the other rooms appeared to be booked by vagrant's and people of the night. Pool was cloudy and did not look inviting at all, never saw anyone get in it. people hanging out around the rooms, one night I could not park because someones car was in the middle of the lot getting a jump start. The girl threw her arms up in the air and yelled at me can't you see we are broke down!!!! I would never stay there again, not even if it were free.

This place sorely needs some TLC and money poured back in it. You can tell the owner just keeps the cash in their pockets instead of providing their customers a good value for their money.

Was a good experience, nice restaurants and ice crem place around, bus stop close to hotel,

My stay was great love the room was auite relaxing and no body bothering me and the area is good I would defintely stay again .

Unbeatable price. Near Disneyland. Room was clean. Peaceful stay. will come back again.
