It was very difficult to open the door, also electronic key didn’t work one night, they never clean the room, no shampoo nor body soap, 1 bathroom sink was clogged.
We had to book this room last minute and we were grateful to find this hotel. That being said, there is a lot of room for improvement. Warning to those who stay in building #5. There is a fence at the edge of the property that has been tampered with. There was a homeless woman coming in and out of there and walking in the hotel property. She started yelling horribly for help and and creating unnecessary scene. Apparently according to other guest this issue has been going on for a while. I called the front desk and they are aware. The only reason I’m writing this review is because i think people should know this before they decide to here. The smell in the room was pretty bad. You can smell it on you when after you leave….

Ratings are based on experience during covid19 lockdown. Staff numbers reduced, but those remaining were uniformly helpful & upbeat.. Usual excellent hot breakfast buffet shut down. Instead, very limited continental breakfast bag provided. Pool, exercise equipment also off-limits, grocery shopping service ended, & daily housekeeping reduced to 2x weekly or on request. Despite difficulties posed by lockdown, grounds remained well-tended & housekeeping staff was wonderful
Loved breakfast and front office team. Rooms are spacious. Wish it was a bit closer to LAX, I would book every time I visit even during my business trips. Excellent.

This was a great hotel and I got a great deal on it. We are a big family and had plenty of room. Staff was absolutely outstanding.

My husband and I stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. We really appreciated having a fully-equipped kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. We also loved the breakfast! The food was plentiful and tasty and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well apportioned, comfortable and most importantly very clean. The location of the hotel was great for us however if you want to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping etc it might not be for you. It was a very short and easy drive to the area attractions and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. All in all this was a great hotel for any price.
My mom came with us, so we needed a place with a kitchen and wasn't too far from DisneyLand. Loved the loft! Complimentary spices, dish sponge, dish soap, and basic bake ware would be great. And maybe a DVD player in living area for kids. Overall, it's a great place, home away from home!
Screaming kids at the pool at 10:30 at night was not as bad as when I asked the front desk to please ask the kids to quit down so I could get some rest. I was told that, "the pool closes at 11:00." After hearing multiple kids scream for an additional 15 minutes I could not handle it. As a result, I packed my luggage up and requested my room to be changed at the front desk. The front desk did accommodate my request.
