We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Orange County and this hotel fit the bit. The room was on the small side and we could hear the neighbors next door, but it was clean. The location was convenient to the freeway, but you can't really walk to anything.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable for my business trip

Check in was quick and easy, but the room was very small

This hotel is great, its secluded and the staff is amazing. The only downside is the $100 deposit for each day you stay. Also the last room the a/c broke.

Great staff, fresh baked cookies and coffee at check in. Great amenities and pricing; overall it was a very pleasant experience and stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

We have chosen this hotel due to the price, availability to dining out and being able to see our daughter at Fullerton State. This was our third stay at Quality Inn. Each stay seems as though the rooms are getting a little more run down. The staff they have been very kind.and fortunately we have not had a need to use them other than checking in.

Our stay at the Quality Inn Placentia was wonderful. Although not a super modern hotel, the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome- things like waffles, pastries, fruit, bagels, muffins, sausage and eggs. My daughter made a breakfast sandwich with bagel, egg and sausage and loved it. We had no problems parking and the hotel was quiet with no noisy neighbors. I would definitely return. Thanks for a great experience!

For a Business Trip, it is a great hotel. Very clean!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, only stayed one night. Did not use amentities

Great stay once again. Quiet, industrial area. Not a far drive from many things (ex./ Brea Mall and Disneyland are approx. 15 mins drive away) Would rather pay for a cheap, cleaner room with a short drive + $17 for Disney parking than stay at an older, extremely more overpriced room + hotel parking fee across the street.

Unfortunately the staff was rude at check in. Towels called for never came to room. Room was not as clean as expected. Service and overall experience has gone down hill at this hotel over the year.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We were there to visit Disneyland. Loaction was a bit further than expected. Not convenient to restaurants.

Room was clean. Area was quiet. We checked in and only stayed for a little bit. But stay was good.

Bathroom was full of stinky smell, looked like no ventlation. Bug was on bed!!

Comfortable stay. Hotel felt a bit isolated from the main city but once you know how to get there it's a breeze. Great breakfast and value!

Stayed one night visiting CSU Fullerton. Location of this hotel was great. Very clean. Leaky tub and very basic breakfast (no fresh fruit, mostly carbs, rubbery scrambled egg patties & sausage patties) were the only things that weren't great, but overall this hotel provided a very good value for the money. Staff was very friendly.

I stayed here around 3 nights and the overall experience is good. Staff is good they checked me in within no time and the room is also clean and has all amenities what all I require. Only downside is there is no room cleaning on a daily basis looks like they will clean the room only when we checkout may be because of security reasons which may be a valid point and privacy of our things. Locality is safe and secure no question on security problems.

I have spent 10 nights there and would definitely repeat. Clean room, nice staff, breakfast bit monotonous but OK.

This hotel was a great value! We went to Disneyland and it was about a 20 minute drive from the part. The money savings was worth it

This hotel was ideal for the event we attended. Clean room and great service.
