Staff is fine but the hotel is old old old. Lots of ghetto marks in the shower. Room door has 2 inch gap so you can hear all the people talking in the hallway, nice way to wake up. The room set up is awkward. It's the bedroom then the sitting area. Bed is old and uncomfortable. You basically get what you pay for.

It was very nice, stay was comfortable and had help any time we needed it breakfast was very good very happy

Nice but you can hear a lot of noise, hear dogs bark

This hotel was just what we were looking for. We were a party of 6. 4 adults and 2 children. The suite was very comfortable having 2 beds in one room and a second room with a hide a bed. We put the hide a bed mattress on the floor and it made a comfortable place to sleep. The only drawback was the bathroom was quite small. I would have rated the condition higher but the swimming area was in need of cleaning and updating.

It was a great expierence overall the room was clean all the time and the breakfast was great and a great variety and only a 15 minute walk from disneyland and many good food resources around hotel will stay here again.

Rooms were tight but can get 3 beds in a room w/ a trundle. Outdoor pool under a cover/building was chilly for Spring break w/ 65-70 degree sunny temps just outside the pool area. Some sun on the pool would raise my overall. Parking is tight but not bad for spring break w/ free valet (plus a tip) available when you get home late to a packed garage. Could kind of see Disney fireworks out of room 212 w/ trees obscuring most. Breakfast has waffles but they are constantly out. Small breakfast area w/ single outdoor balcony table. When I arrived at 2am after a long flight with my family of 6, the desk person was laughing and acting like I was stupid for showing up so late and expecting a room as they cancel all reservations at 1am and they are full.....if you don't call ahead. So always call and confirm when arriving after 1 am. Luckily we did and he had to eat his words. Then had the nerve to ask why I was upset. Everyone else was friendly enough. I won't stay here again but it's mid-priced, plenty of beds close to Disney if you just want a clean place to sleep. But after walking day in and day out to get your money's worth on your trip with your family, a more comfortable room w/ a nice pool area will be heaven for relaxing. Work out area is virtually non existent. Treadmill and a stair climber machine. Who needs a stair climber w/ stairs at a hotel?

We had a great experience at la Quinta inn and suites, the room was lovely. Parking lot is small but when the lot was filled they valeted my car free of charge. Breakfast was ok ( eggs are only hard boiled). Pool area was nice.

Great hotel to stay in. The price was reasonable and the area is great, the only thing I didn't like was the complimentary breakfast was ok, it would of been nice if they had different breakfast everyday. They had mini waffles for 2 days and in other hotels that I've stayed it they have different breakfast everyday

Appearance was good, but mattress was soft and sinking, and the noise level inside the room very high: both loud air conditioning system and canine guests in adjacent rooms made for a poor quality of sleep. Staff very courteous. Breakfast available but not of the best quality.

Great location! Loved that there was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

There were creepy crawlers in our room. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable we removed the mattress and slept on the floor.

Overall, we like the location and that we could easily bring our small dog. We had a room with a view of the fireworks which we loved. It was a walk to the park, but a little far, so we took a shuttle back. Our biggest gripe was that we had booked 2 nights, but when we booked the first we didn't realize we were going to stay 2. We went back and booked the second night. My wife spoke to the front desk to ensure that our reservations were linked and we wouldn't need to change rooms or anything. On the second night of our stay, at the end of a long Disneyland day, our key didn't work. Apparently, we had to check out and check back in ... to the same room. This was a major inconvenience, that just seemed pointless considering they knew it was still us! Otherwise, it was a good room for a decent rate.

We enjoyed are stay, definetly coming back next time we visit Disneyland

We stayed here and walked to Disneyland. It was a nice short walk. The room was fine, but breakfast is pretty small. No real complaints for the price.

The A/C in this room has so horribly loud that every time it went on the whole room would shake...neneedless to say my kids and i did not get mush sleep. When I called the front desk to complain, I was pretty much told to deal with it. Will never again stay there!

Nice and what not good a D clean hey man what can I say nice smell

Everything was great except parking had to walk a block to park and pay for parking

They have just been doing renovation and it really showed with how nice the room was. What said a one room king with sofa bed really was like two because the sofa bed was in its own area with a pocket door in between and both "rooms" had their own tv. It was super nice.

Nice room friendly staff to pricey will not go back it was to expensive
