We loved that it was easy to park at the hotel and was able to check in about 10am when we arrived and get into our room. We could walk right to the park and it was close and easy. Even better when we were done for the day. But this is the only feature I would highlight. Hotel has just your average hotel room, on the small size, not the best beds, didn’t even have conditioner in the rooms. We even asked for some, said they would bring it right up, they never showed up. Coffee in the room was nice but was horrible tasting, couldn’t even drink it. Bathtub wouldn’t plug right, so we had to just run the tub the whole time we bathed the kids, barley had enough water in there to do so. I’m not sure if the price of the hotel is worth the only bonus that it’s in walking distance to the park. I’m sure that all the other hotels in the area are just as average, but maybe a bit cheaper. The pool area was also nice and big, but it was cold at night so we just used the hot tub.

A pleasant place to be for pleasure! No business center. Surrounded by many ethnic restaurants!

Worst experience ever person next door smoking marijuana next door & due to adjoining room our room became a hot box. I have to small kids and we were sleeping didn’t notice until too late & smell had penetrated room. Daughters got headaches by the the me security came to handle. Their only concern was getting paid their smoking fee. To add insult to injury neighbor high as a kite comes over to so called apologize. When we get moved to new room there is a window leak so was able to hear outside noise and cold air getting into room all night. Let front desk know and said the would fix it but no one ever did so anothe day of hell!!! Ruined trip next day to Knotts kids did not feel well so only stayed at park a couple of hours and left ~ waste of money and tIme. Finally manager called and gave us breakfast coupons for the buffet. This should not be considered a buffet it consists of cold food trays of French toast, watery eggs, burnt bacon, 2 kinds of cereals and disgusting pot of oatmeal. Again 2 days of hell I asked for a refund so that I could move to another hotel but because I booked thru orbitz they told me they couldn’t do anything that is the only reason we were forced to continue our stay. Families with kids beware because this is the wrong hotel to stay at. I contacted Orbitz and they contacted hotel for at least a partial refund but because they said they gave us the breakfast it was good enough and that was all that they could do. I will NEVER return to this dump!!

Staff very helpful. We were allowed to wait for room in the pool, so grandkids were happy

Hotel is very out dated. Bathroom was very tiny and in terrible condition. They had no accessible rooms with 2 beds.

Bad service. Overcharged for hotel room and food that I purchased. The supervisor Hill did not care and let me leave upset. John never followed up after I wrote my dissatisfaction on the receipt. The hotel supervisor knew that I felt overcharged by like 50.00 for room or tickets. The front desk could not be precise where it was wrong. But either way the supervisor did nothing to rectify and sounded irritated.

Quick trip with Grandaughter for roller coasters and famous Knotts chicken dinner. Very pleasant experience.

Perfect, wish we had a fridge & microwave. Lo we seeing Snoppy, enjoyed the Orange Juice at the restaurant, and the pool. Will stay again

Great visit to Orange County, w/ mostly beautiful 70 degree weather -- perfect way to vacation in February !!

My wife my son and myself all stayed one night here it was a smooth check in nice staff. My son was super excited cause you can see the park from the hotel. Ounce inside the room you can see it's an older hotel but everything was clean and the beds where so comfy we slept great. Nothing was Brocken or not working in our room ac worked perfectly. The restaurant and bar down stairs was so so but plenty of stuff within walking distance. The staff was great. All in all a great stay for the price. We only had one lil hiccup which was a coke vender in the hall fixing a coke machine that was like in full melt down mode over a housekeeper having to squeeze by him. He saw my family but still kept ranting and saying that the designer of the hotel was an idiot and what not the poor housekeeper just looked at us and shook her head. We did talk with the manager just because there's people with kids such as us that don't need to see some guy melting down over someone having to get by to do their job. He did go up and talk with him about toning it way down I hope. Not at all a deal breaker he was third party but a very nice stay.

The room was very nice, and clean. The hotel is a good location.

Hotel is neat and clean but it gets loud that you can hear the hallway and outside noise from your room (maybe where I am) I wish they have complimentary water bottle rather paying $4 per liter ( pretty expensive for a water)

I was taking a board exam at the hotel the next morning and needed a convenient, quiet place to stay and study the night before. I was lucky it was winter and there were very few guests.

The staff is very helpful and to the point, the rooms are clean and prices are reasonable. They even noticed that orbits booked 2 rooms by mistake and charged me for only one.

Wish I would have gotten a updated room. The restroom needed some updating

The hotel was in walking distance to the park and was very quiet.

It was such a nice hotel and was so very close to Knotts Berry (a couple minute, private walkway past Knott's shops is all). The hotel pool area was fun for our son and the room and hotel overall was very. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. I have no complaints, but if I were to recommend something that could make the hotel better, it would be to have additional accommodations (chairs, tables, services, refreshments, etc) for the pool area. Even their inhouse restaurant was good, although priced much like the theme park and not as big of a variety as we hoped. All in all this was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back here! Kid friendly but still classy for adults.

There were limited items for breakfast buffet. It is definitely not worth the price even after 20% off coupon.

The room was small the bathroom was even smaller if your going with a family of more then 3 it gets stuffy

Rodney was more than helpful he waved the parking fee. It was overall great experience.
