Nice and convenient hotel. No mini bar or snacks in room. They charge a $20 surcharge per night but tell you to use it in the gift shop. Crazy and disappointing. If not for the surcharge I would rate the hotel a great place to stay.

Booked this hotel for a quick girlfriends getaway. Beautiful hotel, amazing views with a wonderful helpful staff. Premium shopping nearby is a plus!

Very affordable for everything they had to offer. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Just 1 night. This organization has excellent internal communication; masters details; has a clear understanding of its agenda. And it executes. Great property, great hiring; great self feedback; great execution. We stay in the finest hotels all over the world. This one gives little away to any others of it's profile. Thank you to everyone for our experience. You didn't fawn or micromanage-you just quietly were excellent.

I was there for a conference and tried going to sleep early. I could hear the music and all the big trucks passing by. The staff was not very friendly, not rude just not friendly.

This hotel is in a great location. I love the service level provided by all the staff. Nothing is ever a problem for anybody that I've asked. Very comfortable.

We'll definitley be staying at this hotel again. From the moment we pulled up until the moment we left, my family enjoyed every moment of our stay. As we walked into the hotel to check in, my little girls were handed darling little stuffed dolphins that they haven't stopped playing with for days. That set the tone for the rest of our staff. The staff was amazing, and our room perfect. This was our first time at this hotel and it won't be the last.

In desperate need of refresh. Decor is dated. Hotel is full of posers and drunk business travelers. Small rooms and old fixtures and furniture. Bathroom was large, only redeeming feature. My 16th floor coastline view was just barely a view. Expensive valet ($30) and no self-parking alternative. Would not stay again.

Wether traveling for business or pleasure, I typically stay at the Islands Hotel when in Orange County. The rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are luxurious. The only issue I've ever had was with the noise level (if facing the pool area) and the staff delivered a humidifier to my room to drown out the noise. Love being within walking distance to Whole Foods at Fashion Island.

Very polite and knowledgable staff. Very nice hotel. I loved everything about my stay here. It's within walking distance of fashion island with has many shops and very nice restraunts. Super comfy bed and loved having a balcony! Will definitely come back!

We used this hotel for several days over Christmas, while visiting family in the area. Its a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Fun & festive decor, and had a very nice facial at the spa.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return here again.

The hotel overall was great. Just be ware of charges when you check in. WiFi is extra, Valet is expensive and there is a nightclub in the lobby bar on weekends that can be annoying if you don't know about it.

Very nice up scale Hotel, location is good as well. Staff was friendly and vallet did a good job also. I would recommend this place, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff was friendly, and room was clean. The weekend we went there was construction which wasn't the best and do to the construction the pool was not available you had to go down the street to a gym to use the pool.

I just love this hotel. Looks like it might be a new OC hotspot! Super nice rooms and even a little nightlife down in the bar in the lobby. Good music and good crowd.

The new décor of the hotel is beautiful, and the food was great. The service in the lounge was a bit slow, when there were 3 waitresses and just about the same amount of patrons. It's new, so I'm sure that will improve. Everything else was great.

The bar scene at night is straight out of Real Housewives of OC!

Drove down from LA to spend LBD weekend in Newport Beach, and this was a great place to stay. I've stayed here once before a while back, but the rooms are even nicer now. Bose sound system for the flat panel TV and play music from your iPhone which was a nice perk. Pool area is moderately sized with great drink/food service. The Oak Grill restaurant is a decent dining option if you're too lazy to leave the grounds. Nice location within miles of the beach and right next to Fashion Island mall which has abundant dining and shopping options. Staff is courteous and attentive. Will be back.

Fair for the price and walkable to shopping. Undergoing renovations but should be over soon.
