We had 5 people in our party so we requested an extra bed through Orbitz. Even though they assured me that they would let the hotel know, they were not aware when I called them for an unrelated matter. But they were very nice and the bed was in our room when we arrived. Orbitz did not tell us that there would be an extra charge for the bed. So I was suprised to find that out upon checking in. The hotel waived the fee which was very generous!

We were checked in by very pleasant and efficient admit desk. Received very good instructions to find our room but found it was located a very long hike from the elevator, at the farthest point of corridor. When you're over 80 and dragging suitcases, it is not fun. A little more staff attention to judging patron capabilities would not be out of order. Since it was our first visit to this hotel, we had no idea of its layout. If we stay there again, I would request a room not requiring a cross country hike. Other than the distance, the room was clean and pleasant, and the staff was very friendly.

We have been at this hotel for three separate stays now and will keep coming back! We love the price and the distance from the park; it’s awesome! The rooms are a bit outdated but it looked as if they are remodeling!

The hotel is within easy walks by distance to the Disneyland main gate. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. There is a water park that my grandchildren really enjoyed.

Very easy assess to Disney park and dinning. Hotel is not as modern as I wished, but I will take it for the price I payed. Stayed with a family of five, had two room with meeting doors.

The hotel is in a great spot if you are visiting Disneyland resorts. Plenty of parking and a great rate if you are not looking to spend $300 plus at Disney’s hotels. It’s a little dated and carpets need changing but rooms are large and clean enough since we didn’t spend much time there but for sleeping.

Face painting was a really nice touch! My kids loved it and everyone was very friendly. Also nice to be able to do laundry whenever we need to. The water park was also a really nice benefit. The hotel is pretty run down but I can see one building is getting renovated so I hope that will spread to all of the buildings. I was not happy to pay a extra cot fee. The room was sold to me saying that it was suitable for 3 kids and they asked their ages. I don’t think a cot should be extra. I had a friend staying at the Hyatt and she had more beds than we did and paid less not to mention she got a free very good breakfast daily. little things like that would do wonders for the travelers experience.

The hotel was great! The room was really spacious, my 5 year old daughter loved the water play area. The staff and other guests were really nice! The room is a little out of date as far as decor but it's kept really clean with new coffee machine and tv. The best part is it's a close 8 minute walk (timed with stroller) to Disneyland! We also stayed at the Marriot with waterpark next door. It's a newer more upgraded version of this hotel but probably not worth double the price when you're not in the room much. Our view of fireworks and park was better at HJ

We stayed here with 1 6 year old child the night before going to Disney. Pros Great location, easy walk to the park kid loved the water slide room was large, bed pretty comfy price was good Cons As are some of the hotels right near the park, this was an older property. Our room looked older, and my husband and daughter thought it smelled terrible. I think it just smelled old, like I remember my great grandparents house smelling. Bathroom was old and small. It was clean, but only as clean as something that old can look, if that makes sense. Overall, the price was good but I would probably book a different property if I had to do it again.

I had a reservation through orbitz, guy name KELVIN at costumer service told me that I didn't have a reservation and I told him that I had my confirmation number and he said, Well, you have to contact orbitz and figure what is the issue, so I told him to let me talk to his manager, his manager never came. It seems that he was making a mistake on the computer so he figured out, but after all, it was a bad experience.

Very convenient hotel for a visit to the happiest place on earth! Rooms were clean, beds comfy and the staff friendly. We used the big pool and not the water park as our kids are older. It was great to hit the pool at the end of a long hot day. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel and friendly staffs! My kids love the water pool/slights! Quiet and clean

Very pleased with our stay at the HoJo, but disappointed that the WiFi was weak and unusable most of the time and that the room didn't have a microwave as promised.

The hotel is close to Disneyland, but I wouldn't want to walk back-and-forth multiple times during the day. The bathroom needed a little tile repair. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool or waterpark, but our friends did in their kids loved it

The staff was a great help for every question we had. The room was clean. The pool and splash area was great for the kids. Only problem was the wifi. You can connect and get a great signal but it won't let you do anything surf the net. No games would play and nothing would update. But it is the only thing I could knock on the this hotel.

I honestly loved my stay here, the only thing i have to say is I wish I could've stayed longer! It's honestly not true about not being able to check in early, my check in time was at 4 pm but I was able to check in at 1. As long as the room is available your good & we checked out later w/ no extra fees. The pool/slides were great! I will definitely be coming back.

Nice place close to Disney. Definitely not a luxury hotel but very spacious and clean rooms walking distance to Disney. I would stay here again! Nice and quiet at night. My son loved the little water park.

The room is pretty basic, and the pool is incredibly crowded. However, for the proximity to the parks, the price is great and fits the need of a place to sleep in between touring the parks.

We booked and paid for 4 nights but only stayed 2 because it was so loud..we thought the family above us was going to come through the ceiling

Easy check in. very large room, and very quiet inside. Not too far from the convention center, so an easy walk in the morning,
