A place to call home for a few days. Grand kids loved playing in the pool. Nice that there was a super market across the street.

My family and I had a great time at this stay, we loved the beds and the space was very convenient for my kids as well, great stay. Only downfall no heated pool or jacuzzi :(

I was actually quite surprised at how comfortable the rooms were. If I go back to California, I will definitely be staying at Hotel Pepper Tree!

Spacious, kitchenette was great to have especially when traveling with an infant. Cozy hotel.

nice comfortable stay. very friendly front desk staff

The place was very modern, clean and accomodating. The staff were nice and the pool was fun. I liked the outside patio area.

Nice clean hotel with a helpful staff. Plenty of parking on both sides of the hotel. Complimentary continental breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Worked well to use the china in the hotel room to go and get the breakfast and then have the breakfast on the private deck that came with the room.

The reviews didn't do the Peppertree justice--the old spanish motiff was something that we were instantly drawn to. The spacious room that had all the amenities that you would have to actually maintain a long term stay were available--a complete kitchen with all the untinsils that you would need. what we really liked was the size of the room--especially around this resort area where they want to fit you in a room the size of a closet for the same charge or more.

It was a nice hotel, beautifully decorated (Spanish colonial style) and clean. Very close to Disneyland. Thumbs up.

1st of all, I will say that yes, this hotel is an older hotel that is a bit run down and could use some work but for the price, I think it's a great deal! The good points of this hotel are: The people at the front desk were very nice & friendly and called us after we got into our room to make sure everything was okay. The room had full kitchen including full size fridge, an oven, microwave, coffee maker and even plates and silverware and dish soap to wash them. It also had a nice flatscreen TV and a balcony with table and chairs. The bed was very comfy! I generally don't sleep that great in hotels but I slept very well in this one and didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The room was very clean and the carpet looked fairly new. Now a few downsides, the microwave was old & had rust inside & a funny smell, some of the kitchen cupboards wouldnt stay closed all the way, the bathroom had peeling paint & there was a slight musty smell like some people said but it actually didn't bother my husband and I at all. It was a quiet hotel and there is a convience store right across the street. I am taking my sister & kids next week to Knotts and I am staying here again and looking foward to it!

The hotel is old and a little outdated. I had a garden view which was the best part of the stay. It was a big patio with a completely enclosed wall with a table and chairs, fountain, and vines growing up the wall. There was a small kitchenette in the room that was nice. The bed was uncomfortable though so I didn't sleep well there, although the pillows were very comfortable. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast at the front of the hotel but I never saw it.

Wish they had laundry on site, a gym or a bar. Other then that it was great for the money I spent.

This hotel was perfect the kitchen was stocked with plates pans knifes.. And everything you need to cook. The mexican store across the stree saved us tons of money on eating out. I cooked most of our trip. The only complant was no ac outside of our room. Elevator was hot, but our room was nice and cool.

Our apartment were cancelled and we stay this hotel for little more than week. Very old but staff were friendly. I wish they could make hotel better by new paint and new bed.

The start was amazing at helping us figure out a plan to do everything we needed. The room was super cute and spacious. We only stay for sleep did and it suited our needs well. The breakfast was something I would only recommend if absolutely have no other choice.

This was our first stay at the Hotel Pepper Tree and we will seriously consider staying at this hotel for future visits to this area. We stayed in a suite that had a nice kitchenette. The kitchenette had a full size refrigerator and was stocked with the necessary items (dishes, utensils, etc.) needed to prepare and serve simple meals. The bed was comfortable, along with the other furnishings. There was no writing table, which would have been nice to use when I was working on my laptop computer. The primary reason for our stay was to visit the Disneyland Resort. The average drive to-and-from the Disneyland Resort was less than 15 minutes, which was convenient. There was a modest ($3.45 per day) resort fee that was charged to cover parking, the continental breakfast and facilities. I do not like resort fees of any type, but compared to the fees charged by other hotels/motels near the Disneyland Resort, especially daily parking fees as high as $17, this was quite reasonable. The overall value for staying at the Hotel Pepper Tree was very affordable, even with the drive to-and-from the Disneyland Resort.

Very convenient to Disneyland, knott berry farm, Vietnamese community, shopping center, and restaurants. All within 15 minutes drive. Hotel has full size fridge and kitchen which are great for family. There's also a BBQ grill by the pool. A little old classic look, but you're out and about all day. Overall best convenient reasonable price hotel in this area.

I have worked in hotels most of my life-operations & operations management, so I have a true & realistic understanding of limitations & what hotel owners strive for. The term boutique in this case is brilliant- one cannot compare the accommodations to what is expected from a newer hotel, but this term along with the price insinuates a higher level. Terrible smell of some laquer finish & old eggs permeated. However, the staff was very nice

great with having little kids and a full kitchenette

Awesome location great for family there is a kitchen refrigerator stove microwave sink it's like a home away from home
