Fresh from my bath, i was going back to my room from my car Monday morning at 8:30 and the blower guy outside the front door was doing his work, blowing dust in the air, i had to go back to my car and wait for almost 10 mins for him to finish. it would be appreciated if there's a sign that would indicate an alternate entrance/exit for guests at that time. Also, no ice bucket in the room.

We stayed here while visiting Disney. Hotel wa clean, staff was friendly. Bed wss comfortable and kitchen was confident for making light meals. It was perfect for what we needed.

I always love staying at the Hotel Pepper tree! When I check in, they are always so friendly! Few things that aren’t the best, the shower sometimes goes hot to cold and the pressure isn’t the greatest, the beds are squeaky and the towels need to be bigger ( I’m a tall person) The price though is worth it to me! I love the location, especially with the laundromat right across the street!

I asked to switch rooms because I needed a room with a proper desk and chair. The staff were very accommodating and efficient. The hotel was close to all the sights, restaurants that Anaheim is famous for. The Scratch Room was across the street and served a delicious breakfast but was very noisy! Overall I would recommend this hotel. Remember this is not the Hilton or Savoy. The refrigerator and microwave were an added bonus.

We love the location of this hotel. It is close (driving distance) to Disney land and Downtown Disney. The location is modest and conveniently located near restaurants and other stores. The hotel also offers complementary coffee 24/7. In addition there is a self service/self pay for miscellaneous items such as snacks and sandwiches because it does not have a gift shop. You can also order meals to be delivered from their menu list. We had the studio suite where we can also cook our own food. If you want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle of congestion, you may want to visit this hotel. It is definitely an old but cute Spanish style hotel to stay in. We love it.

We had a ground floor studio with kitchen over the weekend. People were warm and quiet. Room itself was very large and it was great to have a stove as well as a variety of restaurants to walk to. Decor felt authentic. Heating/AC and everything worked fine. We will definitely look for an excuse to return to this great deal!

The hotel has tiles flooring that feel hollow underneath so when things like suitcases and housekeeper carts are wheeled around, all floors can hear the clunking loud noises! If u must stay, request a room away from the elevators. I cant imagine how much more noisy that would be. It is also located on a street where the sound of cars driving by where too audible to drown out w music. The rooms were spacious w comfortable bedding but look very rustic and wooden cabinets were chipped everywhere and look worn down. Feels like youre in an old cabin in big bear but you're in anaheim! The staff were very nice but I wouldn't stay again mainly due to the noise level.

Great value but you get what you pay for. Surrounding neighborhood seemed very sketchy which made us hesitant to shop or eat around the nearby area and preferred to drive out of the neighborhood to dine and buy groceries for the room. Convenient to have a full size fridge, stove, microwave and sink with dishes and utensils. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served its purpose. Overall satisfied for the price but would definitely look around our next trip to Anaheim.

A place to call home for a few days. Grand kids loved playing in the pool. Nice that there was a super market across the street.

My family and I had a great time at this stay, we loved the beds and the space was very convenient for my kids as well, great stay. Only downfall no heated pool or jacuzzi :(

I was actually quite surprised at how comfortable the rooms were. If I go back to California, I will definitely be staying at Hotel Pepper Tree!

Spacious, kitchenette was great to have especially when traveling with an infant. Cozy hotel.

nice comfortable stay. very friendly front desk staff

The place was very modern, clean and accomodating. The staff were nice and the pool was fun. I liked the outside patio area.

Nice clean hotel with a helpful staff. Plenty of parking on both sides of the hotel. Complimentary continental breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Worked well to use the china in the hotel room to go and get the breakfast and then have the breakfast on the private deck that came with the room.

The reviews didn't do the Peppertree justice--the old spanish motiff was something that we were instantly drawn to. The spacious room that had all the amenities that you would have to actually maintain a long term stay were available--a complete kitchen with all the untinsils that you would need. what we really liked was the size of the room--especially around this resort area where they want to fit you in a room the size of a closet for the same charge or more.

It was a nice hotel, beautifully decorated (Spanish colonial style) and clean. Very close to Disneyland. Thumbs up.

1st of all, I will say that yes, this hotel is an older hotel that is a bit run down and could use some work but for the price, I think it's a great deal! The good points of this hotel are: The people at the front desk were very nice & friendly and called us after we got into our room to make sure everything was okay. The room had full kitchen including full size fridge, an oven, microwave, coffee maker and even plates and silverware and dish soap to wash them. It also had a nice flatscreen TV and a balcony with table and chairs. The bed was very comfy! I generally don't sleep that great in hotels but I slept very well in this one and didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The room was very clean and the carpet looked fairly new. Now a few downsides, the microwave was old & had rust inside & a funny smell, some of the kitchen cupboards wouldnt stay closed all the way, the bathroom had peeling paint & there was a slight musty smell like some people said but it actually didn't bother my husband and I at all. It was a quiet hotel and there is a convience store right across the street. I am taking my sister & kids next week to Knotts and I am staying here again and looking foward to it!

The hotel is old and a little outdated. I had a garden view which was the best part of the stay. It was a big patio with a completely enclosed wall with a table and chairs, fountain, and vines growing up the wall. There was a small kitchenette in the room that was nice. The bed was uncomfortable though so I didn't sleep well there, although the pillows were very comfortable. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast at the front of the hotel but I never saw it.

Wish they had laundry on site, a gym or a bar. Other then that it was great for the money I spent.
