Average hotel further away from Disneyland but still walk-able. Rooms were small, but suitable if you only want to walk in and go right to bed. Hopefully you will be tired enough to not even notice the street noise. Pool looked good, but that’s not what we were there for so we didn’t bring our suits. Employees kept telling me not to book directly through the hotel next time and not use orbits or any other discount travel company.

The hotel itself was nice for being under renovations... however, the most disappointing thing, the cleaning service would be at our door at 830 or 9 EVERY morning! We stayed up late every night so having to go to the door to tell them to come back later sucked. They didn’t even have “do not disturb” signs for the door.

Nice rooms updated currently being upgraded to a Sheraton.

The lobby was being worked on. We knew this when we booked the hotel. The rate did reflect the construction in progress. Door needs new weather strip to reduce freeway noise. Walked to Dineyland all three days, took about ten minutes.

I stayed here to avoid driving home from a long day at Disneyland. The hotel location is great. The hotel itself is nice, however when we got back to our room we discovered our shower was not draining at all. It was late when I called down to the front desk to see if the issue could be fixed. Since it was so late I was offered a different room instead which the shower worked fine. Our key also didn't work to open the gate to the pool, which wasn't a big deal, a staff member opened it right away for us. And the pool is open 24 hours which is really nice. Overall, I would stay here again!

This hotel is in the middle of a reconstruction project. Our room was new and beautiful. The pool was quite busy but inviting. The staff was amazing. They are very accommodating.

Good time good places to eat Lik th fact that the pool open 24 7

Best part was pool and outside area. View of Disney's fireworks. Has more of a motel feel to it. They charge $14 a day for parking. Room had updates, but not done well.

The hotel was very different from the online pictures. We were not aware the pool was closed and the hotel was under renovation until we arrived. The freeway noise in the room was deafening. We were awakened by false fire alarms in the morning and could not nap due to construction noise in the afternoon. The room itself was very clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had mildew in small spots on the floor and in the shower.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds for our group of 4. They gave us a room with 1 king and a full size pull out and told us they didn't have any rooms available with 2 queens. There was a sewer smell coming from the toilet. This hotel is under major renovation and the pool wasn't open even though it looked very clean and inviting. The staff eventually got us a room with 2 queens the following day. Hotel ménage is a close walk to Disneyland. I think we just stayed there in the middle of chaos with the renovation that is going on.

Upon arriving after a 6.5hr drive we were booked into a handicap room which in all honesty looked like a $40 room which I had paid $150+ for. Our next room was a little better but upon booking I had set up for poolside view which it did not have. Our complimentary water bottles had the seals broken and just refilled. Breakfast which was booked was never honored ended up having to pay $47 for our breakfast. The front desk supervisor sarryia was all out rude even followed us to the restaurant when a different staff member tried to give us a drink voucher after explaining everything that has happened on our stay. Plus it's under renovation which is not advertised so if you're looking for a relaxing stay this is not the place. The hot tub was yellow and the pool has stuff at the bottom it was not clean whatsoever we did not even get to enjoy the pool on our stay. The pictures of this hotel are only somewhat accurate the outdoor bar isn't even in operation as well which is next to the pool. This hotel stay was all out disappointing I feel like I my money was wasted if I could have not checked in I wouldn't have and I would have went to the Hilton hotel or another well taken care of facility for my 3 day vacation.

Chose this hotel after reading a lot of horrible reviews about the original hotel I had booked. Since I had to book over the phone because I was changing my reservation I didn't get much of a chance to look over the hotel prior to booking it. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and pleasant. The construction didn't bother me, we weren't in the hotel much, we spent most of our time at Disney. You can certainly hear the highway from the room, but it's more of a background noise when the tv isn't on in the background. I slept through it just fine. The mattresses were very firm. The bathroom was located in the back of the hotel room which was nice instead of walking straight into a bathroom. Roomy spacious rooms. Pool was very nice. Good location, didn't take much to walk up the street to Disney maybe 10 15 minute walk. Have to cross over the highway but we did it just fine each day with two kids in tow. I'd recommend this hotel, I'm sure the renovations will improve it also.

We got to the hotel early and they offered us a room near the freeway, we declined and said we would come back in later but checked us in. The clerk made a note that we prefer a room away from the freeway. They held our luggage. We came back around 830 and went to our assigned room and it was right near the freeway, also the room number was wrong on the door. They did take $40 off for the inconvenience. Also did you find the lobby and surrounding restaurant very inviting.

The hotel is nice except.for the bath tub it is kinda dirty and the paint is chipping of ... room 149

Beyond basic. No chairs, fridge didn't keep items cold. They charge daily for parking. House keeping knocking on the door at 9 am daily. Only 1 small trash can in the whole room. Went to change clock for daylight savings and clock covered in dust. Do your research and find a better place

The price was reasonable, however, it would have been nice to know they were going to SPG/Marriot status before I reserved the rooms a few months before the merger occurred. We would have saved quite a bit of money. With the issue of changing over to SPG/Marriot, this hotel has MUCH work to do to bring the facilities up to that quality.

This hotel is pretty cheap and pretty close to Disneyland. This hotel seems like it could be a nice hotel but is in a lot of disrepair. They did have a notice saying they were under going renovations, so maybe it will get a lot better. But I didn't see any construction so hopefully they were just starting because the hotel does have potential.

The location is great because it's next to Disneyland but the bathroom was so nasty. Took two showers with warm water and the shower was so dirty. The shower barely had any water pressure and it was filled with hair. Hair that wasn't mine. The toilet is about the size of one on a plane. Very outdated facility. The Parking is 12 for self and 13 for valet. So valet is a no brainer. The room we had was far from the front so be prepared to walk. Overall spend a bit more and go somewhere else. Gross and gross I'm so glad I didn't have my kids with me because I think I would have left due to the cleanliness.

The room was nice enough, meet our needs. We did have a shower that leaked all night. We told the front desk staff the first night, the maintenance man came in and said " I can't fix it tonight" then left. We never heard another word from him or the hotel staff. The next day after Disneyland it was still leaking. They failed to fix it our entire stay. The next day our room key wouldn't work, the front desk told us that sometimes if the door is not shut all the way it will not work. That's wonderful that means the maids left the door slightly open. We thought the shuttle was a free service, turns out it's $5 per person each way. We went to buy our tickets and the ticket machine was not working. The shuttle would not let us pay them directly.
