This hotel was so cute and clean and front desk staff so kind and personable. Our room was modern and it was great to have all the small appliances in the room. We really appreciated that. I felt safe and was so impressed. The reviews called it a gem, and I agree. You will not be disappointed. Good price point for the area too, so that was a plus. I would stay again if near Disneyland.

just there for work but a comfortable clean room for the price

The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and courteous. I like the location of the hotel. However when the fireworks started it shook me a little. You can feel the vibrations of the fireworks and hear it as if it were in the parking lot. I would stay at this hotel again regardless only because the staff is nice.

I found our stay to be "as advertised", meaning the location was good (close to/walkable to Disneyland), rooms were clean (very happy about that) and the cost was reasonable. My only concern were the paper-thin walls/floors and our first night where I could hear every word of the conversation occurring above our room. Luckily we were so exhausted from our days at Disneyland the following nights we slept soundly and weren't disturbed. I was very appreciative of the pleasant woman at the front desk when we checked in. He friendly and informative demeanor set the tone for us the rest of our stay.

The people here were very nice and the rooms were clean. There was an awkward empty area in our room that looked like there had originally been a vanity/mirror, but it was just empty. The only major complaint I have is that some of the lights in the room wouldn't turn on, and one would only turn on at night. Weird.

Bed was a little soft and the heater was super loud so had to unplug it so it would stop. Not a bad place especially the TV as it had On Demand. Internet was terrific for the Knights Inn as most of the other Knights Inn I have stayed at had horrid connections.

Clean room with good bed, but the walls are thin and next door noises come right through.

We stayed at this hotel because it indicated it was within walking distance to Disneyland. It is, thought you have to walk up a hill. It's probably a 10-15 minute walk if you go quickly. Other reviews mentioned freeway/traffic noise, we didn't find it too bothersome; HOWEVER, this hotel is next to a residential neighborhood and one of the residents has some dogs that awakened us each morning at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this issue to the woman at the front desk and was told she couldn't hear it and there was nothing she could do about it. So the problem may not be going away. The walls are thin also - we could hear someone in the room next to us snoring at night. The rooms have hardwood floor which probably amplify the noise. Those concerns aside, the rooms were clean and it was really nice to have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom had automatic soap dispensers near the sink and in the shower. Because of the noise issues I wouldn't recommend this hotel, which is too bad because the room itself was definitely adequate.

The room was spartan with a couple chairs and a bunch of empty space but otherwise very clean. The bed was average; we both slept well with no complaints other than the sheet were a tad small. There was a tv that when you changed the channel it took 10 seconds for the screen to load, a mini fridge, microwave, and a mini coffee maker. Bathroom was nice with giant dispensers of soap/shampoo attached to the wall which was better than expected and worked (unlike most hotel shampoo). A plus was that it was very quiet, hardly any noise at all, and the staff was very polite and courteous. Our flight arrived early and they held our bags so we could walk around until check-in and they even let us check-in early at no extra charge. A plus I didn't take into account was that they are located about a 5 mins walk from a walmart and as cheap people we were really happy to go shopping there and stock up for our 3 day stay. Originally, we were fine with the 10/15 min walk to Disneyland but when we actually got to Disneyland we realized we forgot the camera and the walk back was a bit of a pain. I know parking is a big deal to a lot of people and I can never say I saw the parking lot full. Overall, I would stay again. Just take into consideration that its a little far away (You have to walk over a freeway pass) but it should be fine unless you are forgetful like me : )

Will definitely recommand to friends who are going to disneyland and in budget. The room is newly upgraded with laminated floor (not carpet), and the bed is comfortable and very clearn. Granite counter top in the bathroom. They clean up the room everyday (other inn/hotel might not do it nowadays)... Very pleasant place to rest after whole day walk in disneyland. Also the free wifi and breakfast is the plus too. You could also buy tickets there.

The hotel was very clean, the staff at the front desk seem to be in a hurry to not answer your questions. The best part about it was that it was kept really clean at all times!!! The down sides are the AC unit in the room doesn't really work that well it either needed more freeon or its rigged to only cool to 70 degrees, when we were there it was the reported the hottest week did not feel cool at all. They also advertise they have HBO "which they don't" & the tv signal kept comIng in & out. The price was fair considering all the pluses, I would stay again IF they addressed their issues, but I highly doubt they will, the front desk staff gave you the impression that they already had your money so they weren't too concerned with any issues but AGAIN VERY CLEAN!

My husband and I looked all over for the best deals for a hotel, we came across this one and it had good reviews. We are glad we chose Americas Best Inn. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and it was in a very good location. People complained about the shower and how the tub held water but if you are taking a shower, make sure the tub draining button is open and turn the shower on not the faucet. We had no problems with the shower. We will gladly stay here again next time we head to Disneyland.

Newly remodeled, clean and nice, but across the freeway to Disneyland not within walking distance. Great deal though! Would stay again for the price and how clean and nice it was :)

The room was average, nothing fancy, but it was clean. It was very clean. The location to the park was fine if you were driving it really is not walking distance. Near the hotel are several fast food places. I have an autistic child and his reaction to the hotel was - I like this bath. We are annual pass holders to DL so we will stay at this hotel again for the main reason it was clean.

The hotel was clean and cheep. The beds were comfortable. I have had beter showers. the contanintal breakfast was lame. but for a cheep trip to Micky's house it worked fine.

Hard mattress, thin cheap towels, only danishes for continental breakfast, but worked just fine for our purposes.

This hotel is near Disneyland, in The hotel complex area, so you are able to go to The parle with thr shuttle. However it's Gois to remember thta ifbyou want to visit LA / Hollywood and other parla such as 6 Flags you're far away from them. Regarding The hotel itself I was looking for something inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting much however 2 things were really important to me: free Internet and breakfast (because I would stay whole day at parks so I needed a good breakfast). The 1st one was ok, free wi-fi Internet , but the breakfast??? Where was the breakfast?? It's justa machine with juice/ cofee together with the reception and that's all! Don't even have a place to sit (on the 1st day I was looking for the breakfast place when I realized that was the breakfast). On the other day I saw a box with some donut's but that's all. If you want a inexpensive place and you don't expect much or you don't care about ammenities, that's the place.

The hotel was clean. The hotel is about 20 rooms in a good location but its old and somewhat worn down. I would have like a newer conditioned place but you get what you pay for and for $64.00 plus tax it was worth the money.

The hotel was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. We stayed 2 nights and it was comfortable. The AC worked great the room had a fridge and microwave. The pool was small but it was perfect considering there are very few rooms. It was a small hotel with no traffic. Right down the street from Disneyland. I will stay at this hotel again.

We were given a room with double queen's beds, but there was a continuous humming noise from the wall and we and the management did not know where it came from. Actually the management denied that there was any noise and he was surprised that no one else had ever complained. He did allow up to swap to another room. Unfortunately, we had a choice between a smoking room or a room with a king size bed. We took the king size bed. It was a tight squeeze for 2 adults and a child. Fortunately, we were so tired that we did ok. The motel was about 15 minutes walk to Disney.
