The hotel room was comfortable enough and clean, but the building was rather dingy. My husband got stuck in the elevator twice trying to get to our floor and we had to call the front desk to report that our fire alarm was on low battery and beeping. This issues were not time consuming and didn't take away too much from Disneyland.

They claim they have new mattresses but their pillows are old and dingy. Smell like unwashed hair. Bathroom is dated. Stayed in a seperate building and not very comfortable about our safety. It is also diapponting that there is parking fee (they even taxed it!) and no breakfast. Won't stay here anymore and won't recommend it either.

Nice hotel walking distance to downtown disney and disneyland parks. Wonderful staff!

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland which makes it very conveniently located. The staff that we interacted with all seemed very confused whenever we had questions about anything. The set-up of the paid breakfast buffet is kinda silly. You show up and they tell you kids are free and then present you with a "kids menu" that has prices. ??? Totally bizarre. Is it free or is it not?

Long story short, my daughter was in the hospital the week before Turkey day so we had to cancel our reservation at the Grand Californian or else face losing a ton of money if we had to no-show due to her extending her stay at the hospital. Disney properties are not the most forgiving of places. So I cancelled and booked a room at my favorite IHG property. Checked-in to my favorite Holiday Inn. Anna was very pleasant and helpful. I called the day before and was granted a room upgrade (by Tanya sp?) due to me status. The room Anna gave us blew my family away. Big and well decorated. I called down to the front desk and thanked her... We had a great dinner at the hotel's restaurant and then jumped into a hotel rapid transit bus to Disneyland. The bus picks you right up in front of the place. We spent two days there and could not have been happier. Great staff in both the hotel and restaurant. A great front desk team managed by Anabel. I try to stay dedicated to Holiday Inn in by business travels and this is by far the best one I've ever stayed at. Thanks again to everyone at the Anaheim (1 Blk/Disneyland) location.

We had an awesome time here. Rooms were clean and they have a water play area for the kids. Also it's a 15 min walk to Disneyland.

Great location, about 15-20 min walk to disneyland. The Pizza at the restaurant was fantastic. They had the warmest pool that we had ever been in at a hotel. Great hot tub and the kids loved the pool and splash pad. we would definately stay here again. Loved it. There were 19 people in our group in 6 rooms including 3 suites.

Room was clean, location great, close to Disneyland, quiet, maid did not change bedding because my belongings were on the bed and it's against their policy to move my things, which was weird, but no big deal. Pool is a little small, but fine.

Hallway and elevators are smelly and dirty. Room is clean and comfort.

We stayed at the hotel due to it being a "Good Neighbor" for Disneyland and it was a reasonable walking distance from the parks. However on the 2nd night we had some issues with dust that we didn't the first night. The staff was accommodating and offered to change our room as well as ensure that the drapes were cleaned. The problem is that the drapes fall over the A/C blowing the drapes around. Not normally a problem unless there is dust in either the drapes or the A/C unit and there was probably both in this room. After we changed rooms, my son found a used band-aid stuck to the sheets of the bed. I didn't want to have to say something, especially after they accommodated us to change rooms but we simply couldn't use the sheets with a used band-aid found in them. Contacted the management, again and they again were mortified by the discovery. They promptly send someone to change the sheets. Unfortunately, due to the housekeeping issues we had at this hotel we did not have the cleaning staff in the room for the rest of our stay.

Very nice stay, and the space of the room was very nice. Comfortable bed and clean room.

I went to Anaheim with my wife for a short vacation , to visit Disneyland and California Adventure Theme Parks. So we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn because we had stay in other Holiday INNs and its always pleasant to stay in those.

Trip to Disney, wanted to avoid $330+ per night at the resort hotels. This was handy. $5/day shuttle to and from hotel. Easy in and out. Clean rooms, easy check in.

I loved everyting about our stay, comfort for kids, restaurant with good food, bar for me to unwind, store, especially the staff. Thank you Holiday Inn for hiring well and providing comfort.

The hotel was clean, employees were very accommodating. Breakfast was included with the room and food was good. We had a large selection for the buffet and also had a menu if you didn't want the buffet. If we chose not to walk a lot there was a shuttle service within a block of the parks. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub.

Nice hotel, really good services. I was able to walk to Disneyland. Room was clean checked in with no problem

Super friendly and nic staff. The room floor and bathroom wall had some stains on it. But appeared clean and very comfortable beds. Pet friendly.

The facilities was very nice. And they were very friendly and accommodated very nicely.

Convenient location to Disneyland and good breakfast at Onyx restaurant. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.
