Very convenient to the aiport. Comfortable room. Would be nice if they had free wifi and parking is expensive but I really enjoyed my stay.

Not happy I booked 2 rooms staff could not find the second room Wanted to charge a different rate staff apprared not care supervisor had to help. You have to pay for parking Will not stay again. Room was clean

Want to park a car? $26/day Want to use the terrible internet access? $15/day Want a drink of water? $3/bottle Unfortunately, a lot of hotels charge for basic services, but a hotel with rooms this generic and rates so expensive should not be charging such high rates for these basic services. A 20oz bottle of water shouldn't cost $3 anywhere. Make sure when you are booking that you add $50/day to the rate, because they will pre-bill you for the use of their parking lot and internet access (don't ask me how $26+$15 = $50 because I don't get it).

Great value for the price. The breakfast buffet was pricey but the bed was dreamy and the staff was very friendly!

It was convenient for a short trip and the staff was very friendly

Staff refused to give me Hilton Honors points because I booked through Orbitz even though I have my honors numbers in my Orbitz profile! They also tried charging me for Internet access. I haven't had to pay a hotel for Internet access in 10 years. When I complained at check out the guy behind the desk said, well if you would have complained we would have given you the code for free internet. I told him I shouldn't have to complain. The entire experience just felt like a money grubbing exercise. The room was ok but they gave me two full beds when I requested a king. Way below Hilton standards.

Excellent!!! Would definitely stay here again.. Although the outside of the building looks old the interior is very modern and beautifully decorated. Loved the walk in shower and the bed was soo comfortable! Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful!

Reception was nice. Parking was 20 a night. Got a fat bill at the end of stay. No refrigerator. No cont breakfast.

Parking is $20 per day for a guest. It is expensive. Hilton also charges for wifi connection for a guest which is rare these days.

The stay here was below my expectations from a Hilton. The carpets are really old especially in the hallways. Someone can really trip over it. It doesn't even lay flat on the floor anymore. The curtains in the room had a big hole from a burn mark or something. I overpaid for what it's worth. I expected more because of the reputation of a Hilton.

Love the location from the Orange County Airport - 3 blocks. Hilton staff was excellent, from the shuttle driver picking me up from the airport, telling me what to expect at the hotel to the wait staff, making sure breakfast was excellent.

Awesome family trip. Awesome family trip. Awesome family trip. Awesome family trip.

BUSINESS/FAMILY TRIP. GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE BED. QUIET. WOULD RETURN. WHAT'S WITH THE "PAY FOR PARKING" ??? YOU'RE A HOTEL GUEST AND THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

Hotel comfort is great, I was charged for parking and breakfast...went through Or*%t$ and would have been nice to disclose these things openly so there's no guess work on what to expect. don't rent a car through Or*%t$ either if your company is paying for the trip....not worth the unexpected expenses.

We spent 1 night at this hotel. The location is convenient and room was clean.

The hotel itself is great! The only problem I had was that when I tried checking in before noon for my mother because I could not come back to check with her and my children... the hotel did allow for me to place my credit card but rooms were not available. Which was fine because I knew check in is at 3pm. I let my mother know that I had paid for a double and to make sure she would get one. My mother checked in after 4:30 and she was given a King... She called me to let me know of the situation and I was not happy being that I planned to arrive late in the evening. I called the hotel and the hotel said they were completely booked and that my 3rd party indeed had booked a king and not a double. And unfortunately its a third party so they were not able to do anything for me. I was able to contact the 3rd party 2 days later and said that on there side they booked a double! Again unfortunately the hotel cleans their hands with saying sorry you booked through a 3rd party. Again I loved the hotel and my family enjoyed our time there!

There was no soap in the room at late check-in. I was given an apology and a complimentary bar of soap in the morning at check-out.

Directly across from airport and gas station. Good restaurant/bar. Nice rooms.

Customer service needs work. Not so great experience.

I came here as a surprise gift to my boyfriend and it was so nice!! The location was perfect cause it's close to all the beaches and the staff and hotel was super friendly and pretty ! Definitely will come back.
