Overall, it is very nice hotel, I will stay there again.

Good for a short stop only stayed over night. Fastest check in..

The hotel was wonderful. It would be better if there is complimentary breakfast.

If this is what a three star hotel is like I am all for it! The desk clerk and cleaning staff were superior. The room was very clean and comfortable. The work out facilities and pool were very well maintained.

Enjoyable, clean as a whistle, and comfortable surroundings. Away from the hustle and bustle of the freeways.

lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, would go back again, no question!

Very thing good room clean except coffee maker is not working and have to go down to lobby to get morning coffe. The A/C makes too noises.

We were excited to stay at this hotel, and most of the reviews were very good. We were especially looking forward to the adjustable bed that came with our reservation! The good: Its a pretty location, out in the middle of no where, which is nice and quiet. The hotel was nice, quality of rooms was alright. They had cookies available in the evening. They had nice bathroom soaps made by Neutrogena. The bad: When we got to our room, we found that the promised adjustable bed we reserved, was not in our room. Since we had already kind of unpacked our stuff and I didnt wanna be "that lady" and were only staying the one night, we didnt mention it. The room came with a Keurig, however there were no K Cups in the room.... I had to go downstairs and ask for some. Lastly, there were no liners in any of the trash cans. How can you not have a liner in a bathroom trash can at the very least? These few things made me wonder, was our room even completely finished being serviced? There was a vacuum sitting outside our room when we entered, however the door wasnt propped open, so youd think it was ready. They gave us that room after all! I assumed that they would ask us how our stay was the next morning at check out, and I would politely point out the issue with the bed, asking for coffee, etc but surprise... when we checked out, the lady did NOT ask us how our stay was. What hotel doesnt ask that!? Im not sure whether we would give them another try on a return trip or not. Might just try the Hampton right next door.

Friendly staff, good location, close to highway, great nature surrounding. Peaceful and quite, Rooms are specious , very clean and comfortable. Best experience ever in this category of hotels

At first look, the room looked nice. However, upon closer look the carpet was very stained and I found a dark hair under one of the pillows and 2 long hairs on the bathroom floor. I expect more of Hilton. Staff were nice, but couldn't get over the stains and hairs.

We were looking for something close to the ocean to stay for 2 nights. Everything near the beach was either sold out, or way too expensive. This hotel was a very nice option for us in the end and the drive to Laguna Beach is not too long and goes through scenic areas. The staff was friendly, the room and the pool were very clean. The hotel is next to a toll expressway and if you come here from far away, I would recommend to take it considering the California traffic.

We had a great time here. Our one complaint was that room service is only available between 5 and 9 at night. The room was very nice and clean. The walls are a little thin so if your neighbors get up early you'll probably hear them. The location was great.

I love this Hotel and would recommend it! I was very pleased!

We traveled to So. California for a softball tournament. We don't spend a lot of time in our hotel room while we're traveling, but we do like to have hotels with early and free breakfast, enough room for the team to go swimming and relax by the pool/jacuzzi when they get back. None of which this hotel had. Breakfast was $9-$13 and wasn't all that good. It was a disappointment. Next time we'll stay at the hotel across the way.

We were on a trip to Los Angeles, CA for a wedding and a family vacation. We had reserved 3 rooms at the first two hotels and two rooms at this Best Western. This Best Western was the last of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. Just for everyone's benefit, my wife and I are both RNs. We had our mother-in-law with us and four kids, ages: 9, 11, 15, and 16. During our trip, we first stayed at a Hilton in Lake Forest, CA. Had a VERY bad experience at this hotel! Our room for my wife and I was on the first floor near the lobby and next to the first floor elevators, room 120. Everything was fine until 10 PM when a large group of guests (as many as forty-fifty people) were partying in the hotel's lobby and dining area where they apparently serve drinks. This group was SO loud that I was hearing them over the TV in my room! I kept having to turn up the volume on the TV to hear it! I went out and spoke with the manager on duty at 11 PM and complained about the noise. I then again went out at 12:30! And the group was so loud that I couldn't even hear what the Manager was saying to me at the front desk!! This group kept partying until nearly 2 AM. Then the noise of people laughing and loudly drunkenly talking as they walked through the corridors and waiting for the elevator (which was RIGHT next to the elevators.) Lastly, there was a repetitive, fast thumping sound, that came through the walls and the wall against the head of our bed was vibrating all night long!! To add insult to this horrible situation, people were smoking INSIDE THE LOBBY AND IN THE CORRIDORS!! At 3 AM, I had to threaten to call the police to get the night manager to stop these extremely RUDE guests! Management did NOTHING to stop the noise, the smoking, or the thumping coming through the walls!! An experience that I am reporting to the other travel site I used with whom we booked the rooms--and to their corporate management!) Regards to everyone else travelling!

Very close to Saddleback Church where I was attending a conference.

Personal business, so great location, close to shopping and restaurants, right off the freeway. Good staff. Would definitely do it again.

Hotel is new and in good condition. Very clean room and bathroom. Better than average comfortable beds. Good location,in close proximity to a main street, but situated to be quiet. Very friendly and courteous staff, went the extra mile to provide forgotten amenities. Only complaint, breakfasts were relatively expensive. Plenty of places close by for other meals, but not breakfast. Visit was during Spring break so the room rate was higher than usual.

Breakfast was nice but a little expensive.

It was perfect are dinner party was moved up by two hours we were able to check in early and go cleaned up after the drive and be on time Thanks the Evans.
