Bad smell. Guests were loud. Breakfast is sub par. Missing lightbulbs in room. Dirty, dingy and bath tub faucuet dripping.

This is a Motel 6 grade property. The bathtub in the shower was stained and one hinge on a dresser was broken so the door hung off crookedly. The card in the bathroom read "Ask if you want shampoo!" So you get a janky bar of soap and nothing else. My room was quiet and the windows opened 4" so I enjoyed that.
You get what you pay for, they do not provide cooking equipment unless you purchase it at extra cost, did not smell good in hallway or in the room, shady people hanging around outside, bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom sink did not drain well at all, could hear people walking around above us.
Price is good rooms are smelly bath only soap no shampoo or conditioner, carpet nasty.

Great location. Extended stay is always a solid choice.
We asked for clean towels around 11:00am and there was nothing washed till after midnight. At that point we had to walk down and get them ourselves because they wouldn't deliver them. We were there for funeral arrangements because our brother passed away. Our other brother arrived to get us that morning and brought his electric bike up so it wouldn't be stolen out of his truck. We at that point decided we needed another day or two to finalize everything needed, which is alot considering it was a sudden death, something none of us were prepared for. When the girl at the front desk,who by the way was very nice and always professional arrived at the door with the rude and inconsiderate manager from the previous day. I told them i was coming down to pay for at least another day possibly two day extended stay. When before I could even finish my sentence , your unprofessional and mind you rude manager cut me off and said she was not interested in hearing me out and that she wouldn't let us pay for another night. We were to leave!!!. We are not young kids, all of us in our early 40's . Quite in bed by 11and up by 5am, no loud noise, no partying . Family members com
Overall this hotel is a notch below a motel 6. The tap water is over treated and tastes awful. Vending machine was out of order and nighttime front desk staff was completely unhelpful in helping us find palatable water for our son. Facilities are old but clean.
How close it is to the Honda center and Anaheim stadium. The restaurants & entertainment nearby & I love the kitchenette.
Room was clean a d the Hotel sits in the same parking lot of Century 25 theater also Good top Restaurants also in parking lot. Only issue was the dish network not much to watch on tv no good channels maybe they need to sqitch provider.
The people on the front desk were helpful. The facility looked run down and in poor shape.
Close distance for food and honda center didnt care for road construction to entrance
Property was off Katella, not on Katella, so it ws difficult to access it. GPS lead ne to a cyclone fence or a construction site.
