I had not stayed at one of these hotels and will not ever again. The desk staff was nice but always away.

It was close to our event and was very convenient.

Not the best. I stayed at the hotel because I had a upcoming fight. Got a great deal since I was going to be there more than a night. The room had fleas. The hotel receptionist was very werid and not professional. I would recommend a Hilton. Lesson learned.

I have stayed in the same hotel for business purposes, two nights total, in a period of three weeks. The first time, I noticed that there was some mold in the bathroom but since I barely spent time there I didn't care. My second stay, I had a chance to sit down, relax, and look around. The bathroom also had mold in it, the carpet had stains everywhere, the pillows smell really bad as well as the shower area. They claim to have breakfast but don't expect to see bread or bagels, some cereal or yogurt. It is more like a snack bar with some muffins, granola bars, and fruits. If you go a little further in the area you will fine better hotels, within the same price range, and in a lot better condition.

For job. Decent location for a reasonable cost. Very cozy place.

Hotel amenities were minimum with on the go breakfast such as a fruit, breakfast bar. Good location closer to the business parks in Irvine.

Hotel is clean and quiet - Exactly what I would expect from Extended Stay America.

The cooler was on the whole time and it was still got in the room. Besides that, everything was great.

The location is great if you are seeing a show or doing some drinking at the Irvine Spectrum. 1/2 mile walk or short cab ride away. The room was just okay. The bathroom door had to be lifted to close properly. Most people would probably be satisfied with the bed but I wasn't able to get comfortable but then again I am particular about beds. Regular cable for the TV so if you want pay per view movies you are out of luck. For our purposes (a place to crash after a show for one night) it served our needs and if you factor in price it was an above average value. Your needs and/or tastes may give you a different opinion.

We where assigned to a room for disable so the shower room is intended for it. But the drainage is not good that the water get stock all over even in the toilet area. We have to use our towel for the water . And in the morning we found our car in the parking to have some scratches on the paint.

My college girls wanted a few days without the folks around to talk privately and eat and shop, so we got them a hotel room near the Spectrum. Sort of a mini vacation. They loved the hotel and only had two complaints. The breakfast was really "grab and go" and their room had just a shower...no tub. They want to do it again and loved the location! Two Thumbs up!!

This hotel has a friendly staff and great location, but that's it!! I travel quite a bit for work but this was my first experience with extended stay (Last as well). Room was just old and dated, there are numerous other locations in the area I will be staying at next time.

was just off the freeway. close to spectrum mall. wish hey had a hot breakfast.

DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE BACK TO THE VALLEY FROM IRVINE AFTER A CONCERT. STANDARD ROOM ONLY IT HAD A SMALL BUT WORKABLE KITCHEN. THE HOTEL IS IN AN INDUSTRIAL AREA BUT CLOSE TO FREEWAY. A BIT PRICEY BUT CHEAPEST AROUND BOOKED THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT!!!

The hotel is close to the highway, but not too close to hear the noise. There were minimal amenities in the bathroom, had to go to the office to ask for them. Internet is not free and some of the applications refused to run, saying the connection was not safe. Starbucks is within walking distance though. The password for the internet was provided on a piece of "recycled" paper, meaning another guest's personal info was covered with whiteout tape that didn't cover much. So much for privacy.

I stayed for one night when in Orange County on business. The "suite" was actually a room with a tiny kitchenette attached near the bathroom, but it was plenty for my needs. The kitchenette featured a refrigerator, two-ring range top and a microwave oven. It was also supplied with minimal cooking gear and plates and utensils. The room might have been a bit small for someone staying any length of time, but for a night or two it was fine. The room was clean, neat, and reasonably appointed. The only negatives were an absence of toiletries (no shampoo!) and a very limited cable menu for the TV. Also, housekeeping one time per week for an extended stay guest seems a bit inadequate.

for leisure purposes only, nice, clean and affordable hotel fully equipped with kitchen

good for pleasure/leisure, good location

The location is good for relaxation, easy accessed to different amenities/activities, the only problem is that the TV has no audio and video port for playstation, the best and affordable hotel.

Nice, clean and affordable. Kitchen area were superlative. But the TV should have an audio and video port for extra curricular activities or it should changed to Flat TV.

James, We are truly disappointed to hear your recent stay with us did not provide you with the comfortable stay you expected. We encourage our guests to reach out to us with any issues that may arise during their stay. We would have gladly changed your suite to be sure you enjoyed your stay. Although we have regular pest treatments we had our staff treat the room immediately one you let us know. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences you encountered and we hope to be able to welcome you back in the future. Sincerely, General Manager
