Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Newer hotel room was spacious and well appointed. Staff was great and awesome amenities.

There are only 2 elevators, one was broken for a few days...this was a HUGE inconvenience, as the stairs don't go up to the rooms!!!!!!!!!! The breakfast--they had a lot of things to choose from--the bacon was TERRIBLE as was the sausage. It was a hit or miss on the rest. The only thing that is cooked to order is omelettes. Room Cleanliness--black mascara stained towels that were not very soft. Also, they were not quick to pick up plates/food that people left in the halls of the hotel...which left a terrible aroma. Room Comfort--SOFT bed, TERRIBLE pillows. Couch was uncomfortable! Great Location, right next to the 5 and centrally located. Not a lot of traffic in that area, which is a PLUS! Parking was TERRIBLE, and don't forget you pay to park! No walkway from parking spaces, you will have to walk through flowers/bushes...got soaked one night and learned to walk all the way around to get into the hotel, that was really annoying.

Very disappointed, the swimming pool dirty and the reception staff below the acceptable ( e.g. they told as the room will be ready at 3 and will call you once its ready, and upto 4:15 no one call, then we ask again the same receptionist and she pretended that she don't remember anything and she sent us to another person to do the check in). Overall below the standard.

The embassy suites never fails to impress. Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms and amenities like the 5 pm reception help make your travel feel just that much more pleasant.

Other than only having 1 working elevator, has a good stay.

Perfect for families traveling with kids and near Walt Disneyland park.

Hotel is centrally located. They have an excellent breakfast included as well as a evening snack provided. the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Also it is quiet. Small problems such as no USB port available in room for charging. Not enough plug in charging available. WiFi is available but it seems you need to be a member of Hilton Honors to get it. I did join for free and use the account number to get hooked up to wifi. Parking is a bit limited on weekends. We always found a spot but might have to walk a ways to get back to hotel. Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel so weekends can involve long waits to get one. The stairs lead to the outside at the ground floor.

Everything was great, free happy hour free breakfast. Over all was a great stay, would have given 5 stars but paying for parking was ridiculous.

Elevators. They need 2 more elevators, although the wait was ok compared to other Embassy hotels. The hot tub was not hot.

Was there for a conference in the heart of the Disney land. Close convenient location to my destination. Check-In was easy and simple. Room was clean and well appointed. Only thing about it was it was a bit humid in the area and a bit stuffy in the room. Took a while for AC to take care of that but it eventually did. My husband is all about the breakfast and we loved it! (I'm not a big breakfast person and I loved the made to order omelette). Only negative thing was the parking. Guess it's a thing nowadays but really wish parking was not a separate charge.

Customer service blew me away!!! Allowed early check in and offered complimentary waters when they could. Super breakfast. Will continue to stay here every time I come to town.

As soon as I walked into the room it had a smell as if it was a non-smoking room. I didnt bother to tell the FD because we were only staying a night. Our room only had one bath towel so I had to call FD and ask them to bring more towels... they took almost 20 mins to have some deliver some. Our little bar area with the sink was clogged because the water would go down so slowly. The sit down chairs had a bunch of food crumbs from the previous stayers. Other than that everything else was great!

Stayed with my family (kids). Good experience and will go back.

Very nice and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I killed three roaches during our stay. One roach crawled over my feet while I sat on the toilet. I notified the staff and got a ho-hum. They need to spray more often.

Had to pay for parking, but hotel has a tiny area to park in. Ended up parking near a different building far from hotel.

My husband and I chose this hotel because it's close to Angel's Stadium where we were attending an event. The staff was so friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience while staying there. The room was spacious and really comfortable. We loved that we could choose the latest movies to watch in our room. They had complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening and an amazing complimentary breakfast each morning with lots pfresh options to choose from. We will definitely be choosing to stay in the Embassy Suites in the future!!

The only downside our AC wasn't working properly, would definitely stay here again in the near future

It's very modern and cozy. I like that is close to Disneyland and there's also a few malls near.would recommend and stay again

Needed a place to stay for just one night. The price was right, and I had forgotten that we would have suite (of course...Embassy Suites, right?!). The hotel is well located for all the attractions in the area, like Disneyland. Of course, for that reason, there were lots of families with kids, so the hallways were noisy at times, but at least not when wanted to sleep. (I'm not sure why parents let their kids run wild when they're on vacation. I guess they figure that the kids need time to let off a little steam, but why not let them do that in their own back yards instead of a hotel?) Anyway, the staff was courteous and went out of their way to help, and I always enjoy the breakfast the few times we've stayed at Embassy Suites. I did notice the VERY wide arterial streets near the hotel, which is quite close to Angel Stadium, and wondered what the traffic would be like on game days. Fortunately, the team was on the road the weekend we stayed, so that was not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
