DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim - Orange County

Courteous staff. Friendly atmosphere. Clean environment. Would be nice if Parking for guest with reservation be included or at least reduced for non-event

Not great. They had a bunch of middle school and high school kids partying in multiple rooms. Loud music, slamming doors, yelling, all hours of the night. Then the hotel had a function that played loud music outside till almost midnight. Not great when you have a child that needs to sleep and it literally sounds like a club with super loud music. The room was handicap accessible which is using fine, but I literally don’t know how a handicap person in a wheelchair would be able to get around. The room was very small in the walkways. The bathroom had no counter space, the doors don’t stay open, the doors would also jam into each other. There was no closet. The bathroom lock was broken as well. Finally the room felt dirty.

Wonderful restaurant and cafe in lobby. Lobby was extra special with bar and cafe. Very spacious rooms. The location in Anaheim excellent.

I switched to this hotel because I had issues with another hotel while stayed in Anaheim. I was happy that this hotel had a Starbucks and Disneyland shuttle. I was disapppointed that it did not have a mini fridge in the standard rooms. I'm a breastfeeding mom and needed to store the milk in the fridge. I called the front desk and the lady said all the other rooms with a fridge were sold out. She told me to just get a bucket of ice and store my milk that way. She could have offered to let me store it in the staff fridge or somewhere in the hotel with a fridge. I'm sure that a hotel that costs 150 or more a night could have done that for me. Sadly the ice melted by morning even though I kept it in a tub of ice. The cheap motel I moved from to go to this hotel even had an in room fridge. This is the only real complaint I have. The room as good despite that.

Very nice hotel. Too many extra fees...wi fi, parking. Very nice hotel though.

amazing. I will stay at double tree again. very clean comfortable and quite.

Night supervisor is soo rude and unfriendly wouldn't stay here again if I had to deal with her

It was what I expected from a Hilton owned property. No surprises. Toilet was leaking......a maintenance person fixed it immediately......had to change the whole toilet, and did it quickly, quietly, without complaint. Had an accessible room. Has a nice shower bench for anyone in a wheelchair. Big, clean, really comfy beds. I wouldn't pay the rack rate.......what are they thinking? (I didn't) Nice to have an in house restaurant. STILL can't believe a Motel 6 has a fridge and microwave........but a Hilton property doesn't. What's up with that Hilton? Are you that desperate to sell your $10 burgers? Plenty of fast food close by.....Can walk to Wendy's. Lots of choices of burgers/tacos/etc that aren't $10 without a drink! Actually good cable channels in ENGLISH that you want to watch!! Woooohooooo!! Minimum temp on thermostat you an choose, so I don't know what it's like on a really hot day. I'd only book again IF I could get the discount I got this time through Orbitz.

Hair dryer was broken on High speed, I ordered the a different one. The front desk lady forget to call for it or whatever reason...I did not have it until next day. The AC was too noise on 1st night, it's kept us up every 30-45minutes. Then, they fixed it.

The room was very clean. Liked the free Disney shuttle although it runs only hourly. Did not like that there was no free breakfast even though it had been advertised and we were charged extra for it when we prepaid; no refund was given. Did not like that the hotel would not give HHonors points because the room was booked through Orbitz. The thermostat did not work properly. The shower soap dish is poorly-designed; everything falls on the floor. No free internet if booked through Orbitz.

Easy check-in, quiet room and comfortable!! Location is close to airport (20 min).

Hotel was very clean, had a friendly staff and was the perfect location for Disney and the Cinvention center. I would highly recommend this hotel. Lots of things to do nearby.

The staffs in this hotel are very nice and helpful. I would recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

We came to visit Disney. The free shuttle was so convenient and on time. We had such a fun time and have to credit the shuttle driver who made the trips so fun. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice clean hotel with many amenities. Room was nice and upgraded. Staff was friendly, security adequate, and overall a good experience. Would stay again. THANKS. ...

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was better than we expected. We will come back again if we need a weekend getaway. Staff and facilities were awesome. Great atmosphere and rooms were very nice. Would recommend to all our friends and family. We loved this hotel better than the Hamilton Inn.

Nice.... this review system is requiring me to write something longer. I don't know what to say. It was a nice hotel, that's it. If I had more to say, I would. But, I don't. So... let's just say it was nice and leave it at that.

Great hotel at a great location! Near everything especially Disney!

It was a very good experience. The room was large and very nice. I appreciated they had Starbucks at the Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here one night for forth of July. The hotel was great! Clean, nice staff. And great views. Price was perfect for what we got.
