This place is ok if you just need a place to stay. It is an older property and it has some permanent residents. Other than that I can’t say much.

Horrible service! Upon check in, staff said we booked a smoking room and that we need to pay attention to things we buy online. I didn’t know smoking rooms existed anymore! They refused to switch the room to a nonsmoking room, even though the price was the same and wanted us to pay for TWO additional rooms! This was suspicious to me so we left. Orbitz would not issue a refund.
Room had a mildew smell and there was moisture in carpet next to wall mounted air conditioner.
Location is perfect!! Rooms worn and old and need updating. Staff very friendly

The only issue that we had was that the air conditioner barely kept the room cool. Very old AC Unit, needs upgrade. Other than that the room was clean, good location.
It was a quick check in process. I did mind the atmosphere in which I had to take different steps in order to reach my room without having to bump into people who was smoking outside. I also didn't like having to go outside in the morning and smell cigarette smoke. The continental breakfast was a bit stale.
Room labeled as non smoking both within the electronic record of reservation here on Orbitz, as well as the signs at the inn itself. Unfortunately, furniture, linen, and curtains of my room had a really, really strong cigarette smell that only got worse when I tried to open the windows. Other than that, room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfy. All provided appliances worked. I would consider staying again in the future, but if I had more time and energy, I should have asked for a possible room change. Thanks!
Have stayed here annually just before Easter to attend family reunion being hosted by cousin who lives nearby so hotel is very convenient. Location is great for us and staff are always friendly and helpful. Hotel is old but clean and hasn't really changed much over the years.
Check in was smooth, friendly and quick! Room was quite, TV worked well and the room was good sized.
Room for 4 persons..big enough with fridge and microwave.
We did not stay because the only room they had was on the second floor and there was no elevator. My partner is handicapped and could not walk up stairs.
Ordered a non smoking room and was put into a smoking room, didn't want to refund money even tho I have asthma. Horrible experience.
Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very quite neighborhood and felt safe. AC didn't cool down the room so it was hard to sleep.
