Bathroom vent was too loud. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a plus

Hotel was clean and accomodations acceptable. We did have problems with the in-room safe. Breakfast could be very crowded when tour parties were there.

The hotel is actually down the road from where we live, but have used it a few times when we've been getting major construction work done on our house. It's difficult to beat for value: Basic accommodation, but clean and functional. If you are staying in the area, and aren't looking for much beyond a place to rest at night, it's an excellent choice.

Great place and staff had a real good cv experience with the lady at the front desk and her extra service above and beyond my expectations.

Good place to stay for the price. I would easily recommend it.

The staff was great, except for the front desk when we walked in the girl was putting on her shirt at the front desk, but then helped right away. Check out was fast and easy. Kitchen breakfast was great except for me spilling my coffee all over me. The women in the kitchen kept asking me if i was ok, over and over.... Which I really appriciated

The hotel was good enough for what we needed. Just a place to stay, it was clean, the sink wasn't properly working. But overall a nice place to stay.

It only would it be better if the hotel had shuttle bus

Good Location, All staffs are very friendly, convenient get to Brea Mall and Free Way, Definitely it's my the best choice.

clean comfortable just a bit far from Disney However for $89 n this quality of hotel i must say it is way more worthy it if u have a car. Anaheim is so expensive

stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and satisfied for what i've paid. tour groups come and go every day so it could get a little noisy or messy, but unless you are super sensitive about noise, you are good to go. complimentary breakfast was also a go for me every morning.

The room is clean and well equipped with small refrigerator and microwave. The location is relative convenient, but not easier to get access to freeways.

All was great. The beds were kind of hard! I would stay!!

My biggest gripe is that four of the five electrical outlets were too loose to hold my cell phone charger. That and all but one of the (four) ice machines not functioning. The staff was friendly and the overall appearance of the lobby, hallways, and rooms is actually pretty good.

I recently stayed here for a few days while visiting from the east coast. The price was reasonable and the location was close to my friends place. My flight got in late but the receptionist at the hotel was nice and was expecting me. After signing a paper, I was given my key and was in my room in about 2-3 mins. It was great because I was exhausted! The bathroom in my room was clean and had granite counter tops. The carpet and tables seem clean too. For your convenience, there's a coffee maker, iron and board, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The comforter design seemed a bit outdated but I didn't mind because I was out most of the day. The flat panel tv is nice and there was free cable and wifi. The house keeper would make my bed and empty my trash can when needed, and clean my bathroom. Overall, I was very satisfied and paid for what I had expected. I would certainly come back here if I'm in the area. I would suggest they update the paint, carpeting, and bed comforters.

The hotel was exactly what I expected since I've stayed there before. HOWEVER they did not have my [...] reservation when I arrived. I had a copy of my [...]confirmation sheet, so they did give the room to me at the rate quoted by [...]z, but they did not have a reservation in my name.

Well, we got what we paid for. Low prices, but staff was obviously unhappy to be working there. Fitness center "room" had a piece of paper over the door plaque - but it didn't say anything - and you couldn't get in the room. Pool was green with some gunk. And adjacent Outback restaurant....was non-existent. Very disappointed. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night.

overall experiece was mediocre. the wifi did not work and there were machine like noises all night. location is good and rooms are clean.

The hotel was either undergoing foreclosure or was actively for sale. There was a fire systems inspection team onsite, standing by 24 hrs/day for 3 days, which eventually resulted in a full blown test of the system (alarms and all). Problem was, the manager neglected to tell the hotel guests of the test and we found ourselves responding to a false alarm and getting information only by asking the inspection team representatives. The afternoon of the 'full blown test', there was a 'walk through' by agents and prospective buyers which was also disruptive. Even though the facility is very nice, there was evidence of disrepair in a few areas which suggested they may have been suffering 'hard times'. I would still recommend the place, it really is a nice facility for the money.

The Heritage Inn was very comfortable, the room was nice and large with two beds a table and chairs, refridgerator and coffee maker, could have had a microwave though, but that was ok.Good size area to hang clothes. Close to shops and dinning and close to disneyland, very good location to fit all my needs.
