Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel & it was a wonderful stay. Chose it because the Marriott across the street was full -- there's not a lot to walk to around the area & their restaurant was fine (though a little slow) but served food whenever we wanted & the facilities were all fine.
Never got maid cleaning. Had to call twice for towels, I got the towels pretty quick, just no one came to clean, left sign on door.
Quiet and close to shopping center
The hotel is a bit older but the beds are nice and the staff was pretty great. Enjoyed our breakfast because our waitress was so great!
I liked the room, the cleanliness, I didn't like that the room was cleaned only every 3 days even when asked to clean it.
Convenient for what we needed. Clean safe room with a great shower. Really friendly helpful staff.

I booked the room to be able to relax in a jacuzzi. Not only did the jets not work, but it was beyond dirty. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a big stain on the floor. The toilet seat also was not clean.
As soon as we entered the hotel, someone greeted us and offered to help us with the bags. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. The jacuzzi did not look like it was maintained the next day. The breakfast service was great. Happy Holidays to you and the staff! Great job!
I ended up needing to extend my stay while looking for places to live and it was so easy. The whole place has a cozy vibe and the beds very comfy.. Loved the big bathroom and shower! I also really liked the pool area. Always quiet and relaxing. Kept really clean. Mostly though I appreciated the friendliness of all the staff. I was never not greeted in passing by a friendly smile and “good morning” etc.
Overall this is a 3 stars hotel - - breakfast is cheap, the complimentary one only include fruits and bread, you need to pay extra to upgrade to the hot bar which includes eggs and bacon. Seriously, the breakfast from holiday inn is better than here. - staff not so friendly at the front desk. I had an issue with my booking and the details did not show on their system (could be a mistake between them and the travel agent), I don't feel the staff was happy to provide assistance, it sounds like "oh that's not our fault either, but I am doing you a favor only this time". - I used to stay at Westin across the street, the reason I chose this hotel over Westin is becoz of the overnight parking is way cheaper. Was it a happy stay that make me want to come back? No.
