Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was free, so you can't really complain. Room was in need of a remodel. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom and some small ants were in the room. Fridge and microwave was helpful since I was traveling with a 1 yr. old. One of the cheaper hotels around, which is why I booked it.

It was a nice hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was ready even at an early hour. The room was clean and the beds were decently comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. There is a pool but it is a bit small yet clean. A continental breakfast is offered, there is fruit, pancakes, sausages, toast, cereal, pastries and probably a few other things I never noticed. We stayed here because we were attending the D23 convention. The convention center was a very easy 5 minute or less walk away. We felt very safe in the area even though we oftentimes were walking very early in the morning. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to the parks, so that was not as convenient.

It's close enough to Disneyland to walk to and from. Facilities are OK, rooms were clean but had stale air due to old air conditioner. Staff was nice and breakfast was good enough.

A nice hotel/motel for a family visit to Disneyland. It was a busy time of year for our visit, but hotel staff worked quickly to clean rooms and check-in new guests. Kid friendly breakfast (pancakes, cereal, donuts) really helped us load up and get going for the day. We would stay here again.

Wasn't impressed with this hotel AT ALL. Night times are so noisy there it's hard to sleep. Listed as a non smoking hotel though I saw more than one guest smoking right outside their doors instead of in designated areas. There were guest smoking in the hot tub (they also had open containers of alcohol) while there were kids in there. When I brought the issue to the staffs attention I was told that while it was against the rules, they were lenient with alcohol and smoking at the pool. The worst part is my kids and I both broke out in a rash a day after using the hot tub. Upon returning home we have been diagnosed with hot tub folliculitis. So basically the hot tub is swimming with Staph.

An older hotel that still managed to do the job. Lots of space, convenient free parking, pool, etc. About a 12 minute walk to Disneyland.

Beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. Pool and jacuzzi area was nice. No gym but that was the only downside. Great hotel!

I reservation this hotel with Anticipation and soliciting crib for my baby and the night coming to hotel around 11:30 pm the concierge said the houseman forgets the crib and no any more on the hotel.

Staff very nice. Maids do a great job cleaning rooms. Enjoyed the nice hot tub after Disney Light Sude Half-Marathon. Appreciated fresh fruit at breakfast.

We checked into our hotel at 9:30 PM. When we went to to check-in, we were first told the hotel was overbooked. Then we were told the rooms had water damage. By 9:30 PM, we should have already been called and moved, but we were only notified at check-in. We were happy to be moved to the very nice Hyatt Place next door, but this should have all been arranged before we got there.

We stayed here, and at first the room seemed fine. It wasn't fancy or nice, but it seemed clean enough. After days of my children walking around with black feet, and a smell of mildew, we definitely realized it wasn't as clean as it looked. The sleeper sofa was filthy and definitely needed to be cleaned. We had other friends try to check-in and they were told that rooms had water damage. Maybe that is where the mildew smell came from?

We checked into the Cortona Inn & Suites around 6 PM on Monday night after a long drive. We were excited to get to our room except when we got there the room smelled Horrible! The wall looked molded due to water damage and simply painted over. There was grime around the toilet, dirt on the bathroom floor, and hopefully it was just a dirty hand print on the wall and not poop. No one had cleaned the room! The sofa bed was gross too. Plus, when my son was on it, something sharp was poking out and cut him enough that he was bleeding. We called the front desk and asked to be moved to a new room but he said they were full and there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could come clean the room and they were reluctant and seemed like I was being a burden by asking such a thing. When they came to clean, they were mad. He only cleaned the bathroom but left the hand prints on the wall and the sofa still gross. We ended up not even spending the night. That was a hassle in itself because the front desk made everything 10x harder than it had to be.

Average hotel. Can hear noise from outside since all doors face directly out to parking lot. Free breakfast is a plus. Parking was not good since it is shared with another hotel. About a 3/4 mile walk to Disneyland. only stayed here because price was cheap at the time.

Awesome hotel great location. I recommend staying here.

Nice hotel about 4 blocks from Disney. The staff was prompt and courteous. They had a crib available for our infant. Breakfast is provided. Usually eggs and sausage with biscuits or potatoes or pancakes. The rooms were clean and had a mini-fridge and microwave.

Front desk stay gives inaccurate info for shuttle buses also the do serve more than continental breakfast it was great to see all the different food for breakfast

The only thing that I have to say is that when we reserve it asks you how many people you are reserving for. I put 4 but when we got to our room it only had one shampoo and one conditioner. You would think it would have enough for all the people your reserves for! So we then had to ask front desk. Which they were so nice and gave us a couple more :)

The breakfast buffet was pretty gross but the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are attending an event at the Anaheim Convention Center and you are on a budget, this is a good choice.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was better then I expected. New tv, headboards, sink area and had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfy after a long day of walking in Disney. The Toy Story parking lot is across the street and Disney is right down the street. The location is very convenient.

The pictures on the website looked a lot nicer then the actual hotel was. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and the room smelled.Yuck
