The room was fine but the staff were the downfall. Every interaction just lessened my opinion of this hotel significantly!

Less than a 5 minute walk to toy story parking lot where those shuttles leave you right at the door to Disneyland. Our room was clean and had a good view of the pool which was nice. I was previously debating wether to stay here or not because of other reviews here and on yelp but definitely glad I did stay here anyway. We will be staying here again.

Not happy with my stay. Bath tub water doesn't drain. Bathroom door doesn't close nor lock. No air flow in bathroom. Hall way was hot no air conditioning. I'll never return here again or recommend this place.

Close to the convention center and food near by. Room was very spacious and fit our needs

First night a baby roach walked across my laptop screen. Second night, but by something in the arm pit. The decor is 20/30 years old

Very close to the convention center. Bathroom needed updated. It was Old, tight space and leaky sink faucet

Nice place if you are going to Disney, You can go to Disney Walking, parking at hotel is cheaper than Disney.

The hotel was close the Disneyland and restaurants. The room was clean and nice but the bathroom was too old. The staffs were nice and friendly. I would recommend to everyone.

Good hotel, close to stores and the highway, parking is 14 a day So that's the downpoint, but we had a great stay Aug. 2016

The hotel is a short distance from Disneyland, about a 15 to 20 minute walk, but there is a shuttle that will take you to Disneyland, as well as to Knott's Berry Farm, for $5/day or $12 for a 3-day pass. The room we stayed in was dated, but still quite comfortable for a family of three. Not much in terms of views, but it has a pool and workout room, as well as an "office" area to use the computer and printer (helpful when you check in for your flight). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has a decent breakfast buffet.

The staff did not tell the truth that we can walk to disney. Instead the insist to take paid city tour bus

Pleasant people at the front desk but insufficient staff at bellman's desk. Also, terrible Internet connection, making it difficult to communicate with business associates.

It's an older hotel, but the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The Air conditioner in my room hardly worked and the beds were old.

We have stayed at this Clarion before and it was much nicer. Our first room had not been cleaned so we moved to another which smelled of stale food. We moved to a third room which was ok until we used the sink. It drained poorly. It was fixed the next day since it was almost 11:00pm. The room safe had no key so it was unusable. They finally delivered a key on our last night so we never used the safe. Then upon checkout we found out that they now charge $14.00 a day for parking. For the price we paid, it was disappointing because they don't provide breakfast like most of the hotels in the area.

The only 2 good things I could say is it's close enough to walk to Disneyland or catch the Disney parking lot bus across the street. The sink kept backing up, the toilet wouldn't flush half the time, the heater and the AC kept kicking on and off. Additional cost are parking $14 a day and $28 incidentally fee (fee varies based on rate and length of stay). Also when we told the front seat about issues they said thanks they'll let maintenance know for the next guest. Over all unhappy with the room but enjoyed my trip and that's what truly mattered most.

Both options(online reservations) to pick either a two queen beds or a single king size, was said to have balconies. The room I actually got overlooked the service roof on the second floor. Otherwise, it was a nice basic hotel with good staff, near Disneyland and served its purpose at a good price.

There was nothing special except for the location. The motel is quite dated, but meets the basics. We stayed for two days and our room was never cleaned between days. The $13.00 breakfast buffet was definitely not worth it. For the price you'd think you wouldn't have to fix your own pancakes.

Our first night someone tried to get into our room at 1am. The desk forgot to put that we had checked in, so they gave our room out again. After that the front desk called and asked why we were in that room. Told them who we were and they said ok. By then we were already awake and not happy. They gave us two breakfast coupons. The breakfast was aweful. Felt like they should have done more for our mishap. Won't be staying there again and we go every year to Disney. Very disappointing.
