Checked in late at night with a reservation. Walked up to 3rd floor to realize key wasn't activated correctly. Walked back down to get the key swiped and then it did work. Saw a sign for free wifi but was never given any information about it. The guy didn't even show us where our room was. He just pointed at the room # on the key.

Bad area. Musty room. No hot water and dirty bath tub

Beds were terrible! Room was dirty and it had stains on the walls. Really thin walls too. The pool and hot tub were gated off and the door was locked the entire time we were there. Sounds like from previous reviews that they have been down for some time. I wouldn't stay there again. Seriously, you get what you pay for with this place. Coming home after a long day at Disney to a muggy, stinky room wasn't very magical or fun. But hey, stay here if you want. Just don't have high hopes and you won't be disappointed.

Terrible place to stay ! The staff is so rude they saw I had a lot of stuff with me including my daughter and they gave me the farthest room all the way at the end and I was even passing nothing but empty rooms. The room was dirty and I was in a non smoking room but my blanket was covered in cigarette burns. The shower had no hot water and when I called they made it seem like I was stupid and didn't know how to work it. They put me in a room next to a bunch of druggies I didn't feel safe at all. In the morning they didn't have any breakfast like they advertise. There was no free wifi and the phone didn't even work! I wasn't able to call the front desk with it, what if I didn't have a phone and needed to call 911!? I walked into the lobby and the maid and a janitor were In a very heated argument and they saw me walk in with my daughter and continued to scream at each other in front of my daughter and I. They have no respect for their customers. As I was walking to the office to check out a maid chased after me yelling at me to tell her what room I was in so she could start cleaning it (it's not my job to tell her when to do her job!) she then continued to tell me at I shouldn't be walking with my daughter In the cold !! (I was walking that distance because my room was clear across the parking lot!) is was a total waste of money and I would never ever in my life come back or recommend this place. I would give them a negative rating if I could...m

Rooms are large and provided necessities. Could use a little updating - TV old.

The mattresses are horribly thin and our room was not very clean. There was gum in several places throughout the room and the future had scratches and burns all over them. Not the worst I have ever stayed at but even with that cheap price it was overpriced.

Very comfortable room spacious only problem was the microwave would start up but about 10 seconds into heating something up it would start to spark as if something metal was in there. Other then this minor issue staff was pleasant and the room was clean and enjoyable.

Would definitely be staying here again. Everything I wanted was local.

The room was clean but bare bones, as expected from a discount hotel. Price wise, it is hard to beat for Harbor Blvd. The floor is not carpet, but instead a linoleum type made to look like wood. In many ways, this is good, as it is easy to keep clean and avoids the mold smell of many hotels in this price range. For reasons that are not clear, my att cell phone was nearly unable to receive a signal inside of the room except when standing right at the window. This made it difficult to make phone calls or use it as a WiFi hot spot like I usually do when traveling. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, but it is useful to know if you are traveling on business. The hotel advertises that it has high speed wifi, but i could not really make it work. It isn't always clear if your items are safer being left in a hotel or in a car trunk when out and about. In this case, I decided that they were safer in the car trunk.

Shows it's age and was not very clean. The shower curtain was nasty.

Room was new and upgraded however they need upgraded towels and pillows other then that the room was clean and upgraded and pretty good for what you pay for

Just not I am expecting for a Buget Inn location is hidden in the middle of industrial area

A lot of people hanging around 1 asked for a kingsize bed but got a gueensize that was made poorly. Towel were hard old and dingy generally not cllean. I slept in my clothes

The staff was fine. The room was clean. HOWEVER, if you are "squeemish" about where you stay, you may not want to stay here. 2 police cars were leaving the parking lot as we came in. You have to leave a $10 cash deposit at the desk to get a TV remote. I did not feel unsafe, but those 2 things together while I was checking in did make me wonder...

alot of items were missing and broken ... light fixture was hanging from wall in bathroom, no remote for tv, wireless internet was slow when it was working. called several times for help and no one came to my service. [...]

Location is closed to the airport and Disney Land, and shopping center. The breakfast was o.k. However, the hotel staff was unfriendly. The air conditioning did not work properly;it made loud noise, we could not rest at night. we have been advised that it needed to be turn off for awhile then turned back on to help it working! The toilet had been stuck. Hair dryer keep shut off every few minutes. We have 4 people in the room, but had only 2 small bag of shampoo a day, 2 washcloths a day. We moved to different hotel after all.

The motel seemed to be short on towels, particularly wash cloths. Only one per room. And the night staff seemed to be sleeping in a sound proof room as people were shouting the better part of the two nights we were there. Both late evening and hours of 2:00 3:00, 6:00 a.m. At one point I was afraid of violence as the 6:00 a.m. shouter was very angry at someone. Plus, the advertised rate on the billboard outside was $20.00 per night less than what we paid.

The location of the hotel was within minutes of all kinds of restaurants, businesses, and stores. Therefore, you won't be disappointed!!! However, the room was a little small and the AC could be a little quieter. Otherwise, it was a decent and affordable place to stay.

The room was a good size and clean with fridge and microwave for storage of leftovers. Unfortunately the hot breakfast was frozen sausage patties and frozen egg that needed to be microwaved and the apple juice and orange juice from the machines tasted like water. Service was nice and location was not far from Disneyland where we had spent the day before check in and not far from the beach, where we were headed the next day. Shady dealing seemed to be going on in the back of the hotel but the local police were on top of it.
