Our stay was very good. It was our first experience as a family away from home we rested there for two days and my children really enjoyed it, the cleanliness is good, a very good breakfast with many options, the option to choose what time it seemed very good but it is better to choose to eat A little earlier to have no trouble finding a place to sit and enjoy the delicious breakfast. The attention was very good and they were very kind and ready to help when they needed it.

As always a great stay! Breakfast has really stepped up with scrambled eggs, egg whites and patties, bacon, turkey sausage and much more! The room we stayed in had stairs access and no elevator directly to the room. It also was above the breakfast room so you could smell bacon. Also the bathroom was super small. I would recommend asking for a different room if you get room 504, especially if you have a stroller. Otherwise everything was great! The ART picks you up right in front of the hotel or you could walk in about 15-20!minutes

Room walls and door knobs were dirty, not worth what we paid for. There are better options around worth the longer walk. Lots of noise if you have trouble sleeping not the best place.

Check in was incredibly slow. I was 3rd in line and it took 30 mins to get through. You have to choose a 1 hr window for the free breakfast, which was odd to me. There is no hotel shuttle to the park, and walking is farther than it appears because you cannot cut through the Grand Californian hotel, as I had expected to do. Breakfast buffet was not appealing. Our first morning the breakfast potatoes looked gray, which grossed us all out. Yogurt is served through a big self serve machine, which was again, not appealing and no one in my party of 6 wanted to try it. Kids had cereal but said the milk tasted funny (from another big self serve machine). Rooms were clean but falling apart. Our ancient, outdated bathroom door handle literally fell off the door one evening. Our bathroom window would not close and was at a constant 2inch crack our entire stay (it was high and opened to a wall so not a huge deal, but strange). Lots of areas needed updating and/or repainting due to shotty paint job. Moulding & baseboards were discolored/worn and needed replacement. Carpet was extremely dirty. Your feet would be black on the bottom if you didn’t wear socks (and of course socks were gross after walking around). We had 2 rooms and both had a faint hint of urine smell. Air conditioner was extremely loud and took forever to cool down the room. Pool area was very nice, but towels would often run out. Would never stay here again. Don’t understand the good reviews.

Service was disappointing at first was in a room with no heat for a couple of hours .But after that everything was great

Enjoyed the two hot tubs, convenient breakfast. room are very comfortable for us ( daddy and daughter). Walk to Disneyland everyday.

Staff are nice and helpful. Very near to Disneyland.

Other hotels would offer better food with comfortable bed at the same price. My stay at this hotel was my first and last!

It was nice being so close to Disney. The hotel could use some updating especially on the outside. We were surprised when we arrived that we had to pay additional money to park at the hotel. It was tough to find a parking spot on the weekends since the lot got quite full. But overall we had a present stay.

Friendly Staff, Clean Beautiful Room, Great Location, Great Breakfast!

Best thing about stovall’s inn, it is super close to Disneyland! Less than a 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. The room was clean and well maintained. Very organized with their complementary continental breakfast! Guest services were very healpful with all our questions and needs. What I didn’t like was the shower. Was looking forward to a bathtub to relax in, but no big deal with just a shower.

Good proximity to Disneyland. Great restaurant next to it, Coco's. Walking distance to rental car place. Nice pool, spa and small gym. Be specific if you want a rollaway bed, even if you say 5 guests they don't figure that two double beds won't fit 5 people. Costs $15 for a rollaway..

Had a good experience during our stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. I liked how the hotel is very close to the Disneyland parks and their shuttle service which makes it even more convenient. We did stayed on a December weekend during the holiday season which is when the parks are very busy. So, parking was a little difficult to find. But overall great experience.

Nice staff, clean rooms, and continental breakfast. Kids also enjoyed the pool and it was a good proximity to Disneyland.

Extremely close to Disneyland! Not to far to walk.

Beds were comfortable. Noise levels were low. Rooms could be brightened up a bit. Need to use standard brands for the in room coffee and tea...

Friendly staff, great breakfast, pool area very nice.

We booked a king non smoking room. When we got there we were given the correct room however when entering the room is was apparent it had been smoked in. Additionally the pictures online are not a true representation of what the rooms look like, they are a far cry from that. The staff was accommodating and gave us a new room however just like the first one the no smoking room smelled of smoke and was in worse condition of the first. There was not even a lock on the window and it opened freely. We decided to move to a new hotel down the street without every staying the night.

For the money it was a great hotel and I would stay again , The staff and checking in everything went very easy

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like a number, not a guest. Everything was about money and rules, disclaimers and the hotels lack of responsibility. Signing releases, paying fees and just unpleasant. We've stayed in other area Best Westerns that I recommend all the time, this is one we will not be returning too. Staff was unfriendly, short and scripted at the front desk. Housekeeping was pleasant and kind. Breakfast room staff were kind. Breakfast was the same every single day; tortillas, eggs, eggs with chorizo, pancakes, potatoes and either sausage, bacon and 1 day ham. With a stay of 8 days we ended up going out several times.
