The hotel location is great for walking to disneyland resort. Very close to restaurants too.

Just cross the road and you're in Disneyland Park. Went early to the park everyday and back to room around 4pm only to find the room was still untouched: beds unmade etc. check-in took ages and everything that went wrong was blamed on a new kid-when the actual problem was created by a male worker, not him! I'd stay there again for the location. 'Do Not Disturb' sign means nothing when hung on the outside door-cleaners knock at 7am, wake you up then disappear. Shop inside hotel is never open!

This hotel was the closest hotel to Disneyland you walk across the street and this is the first hotel and it was a nice hotel clean I would recommend

Lots of space: 2 of their cribs (not pack n plays) sofa bed and 2 queens!! Only negative: parking. $10 covers only til 3:00pm. So you have to move your car if you're there the one day.

The number one best thing about this hotel is the close proximity to Disneyland. It made trips in and back for naps for the kids very easy. A bonus is that they've recently remodeled so the room appeared new and fresh. The room had a microwave and fridge/freezer. I would definitely stay here again.

I was highly disappointed that the hot tub was not heated. We were told on satuday, when we arrived, that by monday the spa tempurature would be back to 102 degrees. We left the following Monday and the spa still was not hot. The staff explained the reason but failed to tell us when it would be up and running. The staff did reimburse us a night and that was appreciated.

Distance from hotel to Disney was great! The room was clean and larger than expected. Beds were comfy, but pillows were uncomfortable for us. Luckily we brought our kiddos own pillows from home, so that was good. Free breakfast buffet had a lot of variety - cereals, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries/toast. We had a problem with our refrigerator and maintenance took care of it right away. The stairs seemed sketchy as you reached the 3rd floor, so we used the elevators most of the time. Pool/hot tub was nice. Pool was too cold for me but it took the kids and hubby about 5 minutes to slowly inch their way in lol. Overall great stay, with the exception of their pillows!

Loud, motel atmosphere, not super helpful staff, and the worst breakfast buffet. Not sure how Captain Kidd manages to charge non-hotel customers $12 for stale cornflakes. Clean but could use a makeover. If you plan to not be in rooms but spend all day at Disney it will suffice.

This is a nicely located hotel right across the street from Disneyland. It was spacious but seemed a bit outdated. The room was not very sound proof. The shower from the next rooms woke us up early in the morning. The breakfast was nice, it is located on the second floor of the restaurant next door.

It had been a few years since I stayed at the Best Western Park Place Inn and decided to try it out again. The location is great but I'm not sure it was worth the extra cost for a mediocre continental breakfast and extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. The rooms was clean enough but they definitely were not updated when the exterior of the hotel was renovated--it's still very old. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and even the pillows were hard as rocks. I woke up with a messed up back and neck. The continental breakfast was disappointing and incredibly busy--we had to eat our breakfast standing because there was nowhere to sit. Breakfast quality was disappointing--I had a bowl of cereal and a Chobani yogurt (the best looking things there). Also not worth extra cost--I'm happy walking to McDonald's for breakfast. I think I'll be keeping my business with some of the other hotels on Harbor Blvd.

The time we spent in our room was of very good quality .

Great stay! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Very close to Disneyland and hotel staff was great!

Outstanding, will definitely consider this hotel again for our next visit to disneyland.

Great hotel, clean comfortable, nice breakfast included, can't ask for much more value considering how amazingly close this hotel is to Disneyland compared to most other hotels!

We got there early and we were able to get our room. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean the housekeeper did a excellent job. The best part was Disneyland was across the street.

We picked this hotel because it was close to Disneyland, and it was actually very close- just across! Pros: Very easy check in. We arrived early and they kindly let us use their parking lot (which is very important and pricy). Also they let us use our room few hours early. The breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly and professional. Cons: Rooms are outdated with smell, but clean. Bed is comfortable, but pillows are as rocks/very hard. Huge constructions on the "next door" property was very noisy. But overall, It was a pleasant stay and we come back next time.

The location of this hotel is awesome. Literally right across the main crosswalk from Disneyland. The little Shop in this hotel has a better and cheaper selection of Disney items like t-shirts, key chains, water bottles, etc. then the park. Room was clean, carpets are older as well as the AC. Parking is also an additional $10 a day. Breakfast was decent.

This is our go to hotel for Disneyland, you can't get any closer to the park! Wifi needs help, our last night it just was not working, and this has happened in the past as well. Fold out couch is only meant for small kids, any other person would be extremely uncomfortable.

We stayed here to go to Disneyland for a few days and this hotel couldn't be closer to the entrance! The hotel itself had nice staff, rooms were ok. About what you'd expect from a Best Western, but we were really only there to sleep. Room was clean when we arrived and clean upon our return from Disneyland every night. Be warned, if you come back to the room early and attempt to sleep (like we did on night one, due to having two little ones and a 2 hour time change to adjust to) you will be woken up by the fireworks from Disneyland! Overall, we would stay here again.

This is our go-to hotel for Disneyland. It is the closest to the park, besides the actual Disney hotels, just right across the street. The hotel offers a free breakfast, which is a very nice feature.
