Stayed here over labor day weekend. We were in a king room suite with double/full sleeper sofa. This was a great room with mini fridge, sink, coffee maker. The sleeper sofa was perfect size for my 7 and 9 year old to sleep on, and had no complaints but could be because they were exhausted by end of each excursion. Both rooms had TV, although only was in room to sleep and get ready for theme parks. We had free in room wifi that worked great, plenty of free parking, and the free breakfast in the morning was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries etc. Only issue we had was we were on the first floor and the people above us were soooo loud, stomping all around at around 4-5am cutting our much needed sleep short. Not a problem with the hotel, I don't think, just with upstairs crappy neighbors. It was in a quiet area also which was nice. We will definitely stay here next trip back to Anaheim, but will request a top floor.

Room was comfortable and spacious, staff courteous, swimming pool and jacuzzi was great, overall very satisfactory. Most of all, I love the breakfast and wide range of food offered especially the waffles, eggs and fresh fruit. I have no hesitation to highly recommend to my friends. Very enjoyable stay.

We love staying at this hotel, great location & great rooms! We have stayed here on our last 2 trips to California now and plan on staying here next year as well!

The Hotel is nice enough but is run by a family that lives on site who is the worst. The "manager" may be the single most unpleasant person I have ever met. I do not recommend staying here or supporting this terrible family.

Easy distance to Disneyland. Good breakfast with free parking.

The lobby was great, modern, clean and up to date. The breakfast room was a decent size and nice, they had daily waffles, eggs, sausage, breakfast pastries and cereal. They had a laundry room and vending machines with anything I could want at any time there. When we first got there, they were installing carpet and repaving, but didn't really affect us. Now..the main part.. the room itself. The first room we got, was so tiny, but it was very clean and modern. The only downfall is the AC in that room did not work, and it was humid and hot that day, which was not great. The next day we mentioned it to reception and they sent a very nice man to come fix it. After finding out the AC would need further repair, the supervisor on duty took the time to come to the room and let us know we would be upgraded. To make it easy on us, not only did she bring the keys but also said that we would be moving next door. The whole experience shifted, and we got one of the best rooms I've ever stayed at. The AC worked great, the beds were so comfy, TV's modern, and the overall experience became the absolute best. Would I go back? Absolutely!!! The service was the best part!! They were so great and available 24/7. We also went to Disneyland and purchased a shuttle pass for $5.50 per day per person. It picked up once an hour and was so convenient!!! Parking was free at the hotel, and we were near the Shops in Orange, so food and shopping at our fingertips. Everything is nearby esp hwys.

The front desk staff had the two lower buttons of his dress shirt unbuttoned, showing his belly to all guests. The Ikea closet organizers were wobbly and did not fit properly in the closet -- when I hung my suit up in the closet, the closet door could no longer be opened. The soap dispensers looked old and very unappealing. Both doors closest to the only available parking area were taped over and had signs saying out of service due to construction -- which the front desk person did not know when he directed me to come in those doors after parking. All in all, more a Motel 6 / Super 8 experience than the Best Western Plus experience I have come to expect (I stay at Best Western Plus hotels 6 to 8 times per year for work).

No major issues. Clean and quiet. Basic Best Western hotel.

Just needed more & better towels, ice machine on the second floor was out of service. Also when they say breakfast ends at 10 they mean it, pretty much putting everything away at 9:40. Hotel employees were accommodating and helpful. Overall possible return at a competitive rate.

The air conditioner was not working the first night, when we called the Front Desk they told us they had nobody to come and fix it. The front desk lady told us to check for the breaker box. And to find the breaker for the AC . When I told her that there were not any breaker boxes in the room she said that It had to be inside the closet somewhere..The next morning when I told the Front Desk that it was miserable without air conditioner it didn't seem to matter to him.

Good size suit for 2 adults and 4 kids. Convenience of the wall mount shampoo, conditioner and body soap.alillte kitchen.it was nice to have a table to.ok so on the bad side, only one way in to the room witch was on the 3rd.floor unless you take stairs,on our second night we found a huge cockroach I cought it and took it out. the front desk said they could give me another room but not as big.and it was already past midnight and with kids I just said no.when we checked out since I paid though 3rd party they couldn't give me a discount or reimbursed me.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Someone was actually there to make the waffles in the morning. There were many choices at the continental breakfast. This hotel is close to many things. You are also in walking distance of a coffee/smoothie shop, a Mexican restaurant and a gym. Suited our needs and was comfortable.

Shuttle to Disneyland is hourly at $5.5 / adult and $2/ kid . This is more expensive than other hotels that closer to the park. We rent a car, so we drove to park daily paid parking fee there ( $20) Room has unpleasant smell. Room is big ( suite ) . Breakfast is OK. Stuff is very friendly. It with the price for family trip. I paid $108 / day for 2 Queue Bed Room.

The gentleman at the front desk were rude as if we were inconveniencing them. Not helpful with questions arised.

My wife and i arrived at 10pm we were checked in fairly fast but the room wasnt cleaned whoever does the house keeping there just put the same sheets on the bed that were used. Found hair all over the bed and body prints from the previous people who stayed there, no hair dryer or coffee supplies. Called the front desk and infromed them about it they said they dont have house keeping at that time but they can give us clean sheets, so we can change our own bed. We told them no and asked for a new room they gave us a hard time about that and finally did but sent us to a room that must of been out of service for repairs on the A/C unit because it was leaving dirt on the roof. They overall experience wasnt pleasent at all. They really should keep a house keeping person for over night for that reason or train fromy desk how to do this stuff.

I have been staying at this hotel whenever I am in the Anaheim/Santa Ana area. It is spacious, a great value, and the rooms and staff are excellent.

We loved our stay at this hotel, they really thought of everything. So comfortable, clean, friendly staff, modern, safe, good breakfast. Overall great. Definitely would stay there again.

I picked this hotel as my top three picks under $200 were booked. I wish I had just increased the budget and paid the fees for some other hotels. The furniture in this hotel has been heavily used and the couch and chairs were dirty. The first night we all had trouble sleeping as the room we had faced the construction site and we could hear every car that came by. The hotel also attracted families with kids that made lots of noise. If you don't sleep well with noise skip this hotel or at least request a room away from the road.

Roaches, horrible smell, paint and drywall chipping, mold in bathroom.

Great large rooms with 2 TVs, great breakfast, great location
