Great stay very peaceful nice comfortable bed clean room . Staff was A1 . Can't go wrong with staying here

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything was wonderful except my boyfriend had to kill a cockroach in the room one day and a cricket in the room another day. That was unsettling and very strange. Also, the guy that works in the kitchen could be a little nicer. We stayed for 5 days, so seeing him every morning wasn't that pleasant. Didn't seem like enjoyed being there or liked what he was doing. The front desk was really nice though.

My husband and I travel quite a lot, and have stayed in many different hotels but we've never been more impressed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of their surroundings, very friendly, and helpful. The hotel was spotless, our room always had fresh towels, and the breakfast was outstanding!!

I was very pleased with my stay. This was one of the nicest 3 star hotels I have ever stayed at.

This was my third time staying with Ayres because I was always satisfied with everything. This facility was not as nice as the Laguna Woods hotel. It will make me think twice the next time. I come to this area about 2 times a year for 3 to 4 nights. The policy that I found disappointing was when my seminar was changed and I had to cancel 2 of 3 nights, and I was still charged one night's stay for canceling. I stayed for one of the 3 nights, so I thought I should not have had to pay the cancellation fee. I did not cancel the entire stay. The other thing is that the room was available for both Friday and Saturday nights...what I would consider peak days. I was charged and fee and I believe that the hotel probably rented the room out for both nights anyway. I did not find the policy equitable.

We loved the quality of the hotel and the staff. However, it is a bit off the beaten path and hard to get there without running into toll roads.

Loudly noisy, smell like a dead, really uncomfortable and hard live.

It was a very nice location approximately 2 blocks from where my son lives. The staff was very friendly and accomadating.

We stayed at the Ayres Suites in Mission Viejo to attend a family event. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped out with our needs right away, from front desk staff to housekeeping. The morning breakfast is above standard with made to order omelets...yum! My only critique is I would rate the bed quality as barely above standard. Nothing special and could use some improvement to meet the standard of the rest of the hotel.

My room was large, quiet, clean , and comfortable. Free breakfast. Location as next to the toll road, but didn't hear any traffic in the room. Free parking.

Room had everything! Microwave, refrig and wet bar. large bottle of water, nice touch. The staff-very nice and accommodating. . 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast included , not just rolls, they had eggs, bacon, pancakes, and cereal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi was easy to logon and very fast.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They recommended a great local eatery, surprised my child with a teddy bear, and were accommodating with every request (including a late check out). They went above and beyond and were extremely friendly-- and we were only there for a night! The breakfast had plenty of options and the pool and spa were a great way to end the day.

Wow great place, staff, breakfast,- a wonderful perfect environment for all our daily needs rest food sites and the Wi-Fi works perfect Internet works perfect awesome place love it when we come back into the states we will definitely come here as well as we will refer this hotel to other people,, Thanks to all the staff every single worker great job thank you,,, keep up the great work you made us feel at home and better,,,

One of the greatest 4th of July's we've ever hade, This hotel was perfect in everyway possible, the staff was great, the breakfast was great, the room was great, which made our Fourth of July extra special,,, thanks to all the staff/workers for keeping up the place and being so kind,,

They gave us a room close to the entry for easier Access for us as senior citizens. The food was a full breakfast with several choices. The staff were caring and helpful. The room was airy and light with plenty of room, a refrigerator, and Microwave. They had a swim pool which was clean with a Jacuzzi. The hotel is located right next to the toll road and close to shopping. We spent our time with family shopping and at the beach in Dana Point. When our flight was cancelled due to a storm they immediately agreed to refund the money for the first night we missed. A complete thumbs up from us. They were located also next to the area my family lives in. I would stay there again if available.

The hotel's location was great for our wedding event located in nearby Silverado Canyon. The price included breakfast which was well cooked and had a good variety of food. The pillows and towels were the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. At this price and service, I would not hesitate to stay in any Ayres Hotel.

This is our second time visiting this hotel. We liked the hotel and were very impressed with the cleanliness. An added bonus is the free breakfast and weekday happy hour! PS: Love the decor

I have always stayed in Laguna Beach and decided to try staying in Mission Viejo. Not only was it right next to the 241 freeway, but it was also situated so that you can get to RSM, Mission Viejo Lake, Foothills Ranch all within 5-10 min. The best part about our stay was the amazing breakfast that is served every morning including weekends at no charge. They will make omlete's , eggs over easy, and even pancakes upon request. For the money not only is this hotel a great value , but the friendlyness of the staff makes you feel like this is a 4 star hotel!

the hotel was totally booked or so it seemed by the number of cars parked. However, once you were in your room, you would never know the hotel was full of guests. the breakfas buffet was filled with great choices. I would deffinitely return if ever again in the area.
