Ayres Hotel Anaheim

My wife and I had a nice stay at this hotel. We have stayed there before and would stay again if we need a place to stay in Anaheim. One thing to consider. Make sure you are prepared to pay about $30 more than the price of the room. There are resort fees, taxes, and they also charge $10 to park your car.

My family of 4 stayed at the Ayres Hotel for 5 nights in August. The hotel is located near Anaheim Stadium about a mile from Disneyland. The neighborhood is quiet and modern. Check-in was fast and very smooth. We had a 2 queen bed room on the 4th floor. The room was much larger than I expected. It had a corner desk, large dresser, a good size closet with a safe, and a sink/counter with microwave and mini-fridge. The shower/tub/toilet and the bathroom sink are not connected. There was plenty of counter space and a salon style hair dryer. I believe the TV was a 32" model. The beds were firm and comfortable with extra pillows. The AC worked flawlessly. The WIFI connection was a bit inconsistent at times. Our reservation included breakfast. The breakfast menu was extensive and included hot scrambled eggs, potatoes/hash browns, bacon/sausages, and pancakes that were freshly made by a super friendly chef each morning. There was also danish, donuts, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Beverages included various juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The dining area was spacious and we never had a problem finding a table. House cleaning was excellent. Each floor also has a pay washer/dryer. There are many restaurants within 2-6 blocks of the hotel including a Denny's, Chili's, and Hooters.

Our TV didn't work and they were quick to send a repair guy to fix it!

Stayed previously for a two night visit, this time for a quick overnight and Disney day trip. Sure, it's a little bit more expensive but totally worth it for the comfort and peace of mind. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a great breakfast. Convenient to Angels, Ducks and theme parks plus a comfortable stay. Recommended.

Great hotel, excellent and helpful staff. Quick check in. Best hotel stay for an Angels game

Got a handicap room with full mattress when I reserved a queen. Kind of hard for two people to sleep on a full. Staff did nothing to stop the noise all night on the first floor. Guess they like harmonicas being played downstairs. Never stay at this hotel again.

Great experience nice rooms. Only thing long lines for breakfast they don't have buffet one person in chicken trying to feed everyone. Great chef he had smile on his face the entire time.

Great experience lowprice great quality. I recommend this place to anyone.

Such a clean and comfortable place to stay. I really liked the large tub. I usually feel crammed at other places I've stayed at. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is pretty nice, you won't go wrong. It has a close location to Disney (by car, though, not walking.) It is not super fancy, but did have some good amenities and was clean. It is nicer than a Holiday Inn, say, but not as fancy as a Marriott, say. We did enjoy our stay - it was super quiet and breakfast was provided.

We stayed there to be close to Disney. The room was clean and the location was close to Disney. The o my issue was the noise of the refrigerator and air conditioner kept us up all night.

AC went out about 5am and the room got hot. Staff was responsive and even though the AC couldn't be fixed, they addressed to matter to our satisfaction.

Nice and clean. Right off freeway. Close to everything.

Hotel smell like pee, noisy being near the freeway, not bright n beautiful like online pics, charged my bank card for incidental fee after checked out the next day/ without incidents-

Easily one of the nicest places we've stayed. Huge rooms, friendly staff, very accommodating. Truly a luxury experience at a non-luxury price.

Very nice clean hotel but nothing extraordinary at all. Nice breakfast.

Very convenient-within walking distance to the Honda Center and restaurants

We arrived very late, 2:30 AM. Bo greeted us warmly and quickly assigned us our room. The beds were inviting and the room very clean. We slept very well tackling Disneyland the next morning. Jose, the breakfast chef, and his staff did a wonderful job keeping all the hungry Disney-bound guests fed. Last time we were at Disney, we splurged and stayed at the Grand Californian so this became our natural comparison. Hotel Ayres proved to be a worthily challenger. We will be back.

They have a hot breakfast free every morning along with an afternoon happy hour. Parking is only $10 a night. Great hotel for the price!

Overall the hotel was perfect for what I needed it for... to stay close to Angels stadium and not have to worry about parking. I would definitely stay here again.
