Bath tub has slow flow / water backup issues. They don't provide drinking water (either through a vending machine or some tap) onsite. Nearby restaurants sell pricey water. No microwave provided either. Rooms can get noisy being adjacent to main streets. Staff is excellent, other than that, rooms are average.

Hotel had centapeeds and spiders. Found 3 centapeeds and one spider. Pillowcase was dirty.

The staff is welcoming and cheerful. The hotel has a classy, California style but could use some upgrades. It has a pleasant pool area with clean surroundings and landscape. The Tangerine restaurant has very good food and service. Our room was adequate although we had reserved a room that was identified as having 3 beds and the fold out couch was not sleep worthy. Also the shower handle came off and they weren't able to fully fix it during our stay. Our room was furthest away from the pool and lobby and had convention center construction behind us that was distracting so I would ask for a central location in the Carmel section next time and on ground floor since there are only stairs. We didn't mind the stairs but there were ground rooms that had lounging space that we didn't have.

If you're looking for easy access to Disneyland and don't need frills, this is a comfortable, safe, friendly, clean hotel. Our bathroom could've used some remodeling, but it suited our needs and was a good price for the area.

Pretty on the outside, the rooms need major updating. We kept getting locked out of our rooms because the electronic keys would malfunction.

Affordable breakfast, and a hot tub to soak your aching feet in at the end of a day at the Convention Center or Disney - or both.

Nice cute hotel, great staff. Got to check in early. They have a wonderful restaurant with a to go window which is perfect for us Disneyland diehards. Will definitely stay again. Not as close to Disneyland hate as I would like but close to downtown Disney so we just took the monorail in.

Close to Disneyland, we had a good experience. My family enjoyed it.

Nice walk to Disney/California Adventure. Only problem they don't offer shuttle service. Made it hard at the end of the day with little ones.

Although across the street from Disneyland, still a 15 min walk to park. Beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Was able to get a good nights rest for a second day at the park. 2 coffee shops next door. Parking fee was almost as much as Disneyland ($2 difference) per night. Overall, if you can get the room at a discounted price then worth the stay.

Location is close to all, the rooms are tired and unclean. We were put intoa room with a broken toilet and shower. The staff was able to move us, but nothing was given as far as an apology. The restaurant opens at 6:30 and the room was not equipped with coffee. We improvised the best we could to make it to a class by 7.

At arrival, staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested an upstairs room and front desk staff were able to accommodate me. The room is nice and clean. The bed was a bit too soft for me but still was comfortable. It is close distance to Disneyland and restaurants. I recommended for the price.

Staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself was a little disappointing. The ac unit couldn't keep up and the room always felt muggy and warm. The tvs were wall mounted which meant that we for to listen to whatever the neighbors were watching. The pillows were nice, but the mattresses were terrible. Especially the daybed.

Basically a good place, however the room we had was a bit dated and the lay out could use an update. The desk could be made more computer Friendley with more convenient power outlets.

The hotel staff was very nice and the maintenance guy was very quick to come try and fix out AC unit that was literally falling off the wall and you could see the outside! The maid was very polite, but never mopped the floor! my 4 year old's feet were black wishing minutes of his socks coming off! The beds were so bad! I felt like I was on a rafting trip every time my husband rolled over. I expected better from the images and reviews online, but this hotel was so bad and we got so little sleep in the bad beds in the poorly air-conditioned room, that was dirty, windows didn't have screens, so we got mosquito bites, just all around not a nice place to stay and try to sleep. The sad thing is, we stayed there to go to Disneyland as everyone else was and the poor sleep wasn't what is needed to recover from a day in the park and be ready to go again and again. After what should have been a fun vacation, both my husband and I are a wreck and feeling disappointed in our Disneyland vacation.

The furniture was stained, floors and bathroom dirty and the "suite" was just a cramped regular room with an extra bed shoved in corner. If had been for more than 1 night, i would've moved. Room looked nothing like picture. Great location but nothing else. Wish i could get a refund.

My room had some filtration problems and water was entering from the floor. I

Loved this find! We needed a place to stay to be with out-of-town guests at Disneyland and found this place to be better than we expected.

Hotel was close to Disney, that was about it. We had a joining rooms as we have five children, as soon as we turned out the lights my daughter could hear something running we turned it on and there were huge 2 inch cockroaches coming from behind the headboard running down the wall to the bathroom and into large rust holes by the tub. I went to the front desk and show them what was going on one girl really didn't seem to care and said they don't have another room to accommodate until the next day so we piled into one room and were switched in the morning. The new room which was also dirty had A mould issue as you could smell the dampness in the air and the plumbing smell. The cleaning staff were nice but I would advise everyone to either stay away or check your room before you go in by flipping the bed and mattress etc.

My Family and I have stayed here before. Close to the D land, the convention center and food. Fun pool and bar. Wonderful family experience.
