Nice beach, nice outdoor pool area, great staff. The hot tubs were not working correctly when we were there, that was the only disappointment. A nice variety of dinning options inside the hotel, and many more options just a short drive away. We stayed a week, and some days we never left the property, the beach was so nice.
Excellent staff, a nice choice for dining from pizza on the ground floor and ice cream up to steak and nice dining on the next level. Good bar with piano music almost every night is seems. Great beach access. They have most the bases covered, only the pool area was not working well but very well managed overall and the pool issue might be temporary?
Really nice option for orange beach. Very friendly staff. Our room in east tower had a great view of the waterway. Saw dolphins jump right from the room. Even though it was chilly and rainy our entire stay I did go in the outdoor pool. Only lasted a short time but it was the only pool that had a deep end. The indoor pool is very tiny and shallow. Only complaint would be the bed wasn’t very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property!
I called to verify that I could bring my emotional support dog and was told I could, so I made reservations and when I got there they refused to allow my dog. Recommended a boarding facility. They cancelled my reservation. Never again

On March 23, 2023 I call the operator from my room and ask where was the gym, not understanding her I asked again. She said, "I told you next to the pool", in a rude manner. I have been a guest there since the Resort was first constructed and never experience this kind of attitude. Overall the facility and professionalism is first class.

The room was clean and spacious and had a really nice view of the beach. It was quiet until the evenings where we could hear live music in the lobby and beach levels. There were dining options right in the building. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice even in the cold weather. Very pretty private beach area. I imagine this place is hopping in the summer, but it was a quiet, private little winter retreat for my partner and me.
