I liked everything but i didn't like being upstairs i hated that part
This hotel needs a serious carpet cleaning company to come in and clean their carpets. The ice maker on the second floor was broken and the microwave in our room did not work. They brought a new one but failed to remove the broken one. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offerings were fresh and adequate.
There was a empty cigarette pack cleary visible on the floor by the night stand, undoubtedly left by by previous guests. Made me question the cleanliness of the room.
Although the room was clean and just fine, two of the four lamps had light bulbs that were burnt out. The air conditioner was permanently on cold, and unplugging it was the only way to control it.
This was a very nice hotel, good location and very quite at night especially. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel manager does not like any complaints. I complaint because my room was not clean and on my return stay the air was not working he told us leave the hotel. I can't believe that if you complaint about your room or the fact the air was not working he wants you to leave. He claim he was the hotel rated i1. I will also be filing a complaint with thc corporate office. I want to rate this hotel as a zero
All was fine, no frills, but good for the value. Mainly just needed a place to lay our heads. The hotel was accommodating adding an extra bed for my family member who traveled w/ me.
Nice staff. Good location. Older hotel and not much too do. Breakfast cold foods only.

The staff was very friendly and answered any and all questions with detailed information. We had no problems when asking for more towels/pillows/etc. We did have to call about the neighbors being too rowdy at 3 AM when the kids were trying to sleep but the staff was once again pleasant and handled the situation very quickly. The breakfast wasn't the greatest selection and the vending machines didn't have a lot of choices and were slightly overpriced on some things, but there are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby and delivery as well. We had a king suite which was extremely clean, the shower had great heat and pressure as well. The kids really enjoyed that the pool was open from 8 AM until 10 PM - it was very blue and clean. Overall we definitely plan on staying again, it's a nice getaway hotel in a town that doesn't have very many options when you're on a budget.
the hotel needs a hot meal for breakfast;not only a cold meal.
room was not clean housekeeping would come in all they would do is vacum and spray some air freshner and fix the bed when i turned ac on a bunch of trash came out the pool was dirty and fitness room is not useable equipment was broke
Commode not fastened to floor. I think it was overpriced.
