This hotel was a wonderful experience. I did not like the long walk from the parking lot and there are no staff assigned to assist with backage from the self parking lot with felt like a 30 min walk.
Uncomfortable, noisy, to hot and not functional the AC controller. The vacation is worst
It was safe and good dining options.

Close to all attractions and easy walk. Definitely overpriced for a room with no view and smells moldy. They charge 40$ a night for self park, overpriced buffet with mediocre food. The staff were all super friendly and helpful at all times. Other than
Arrived @ 4:00 to check in. The registration garage was so full, you could barely park - partly because so many “parking spots” were blocked by building support poles. Poor planning. Stood in a long line to register only to be told our room wasn’t ready and we would be texted when it was. We were told we could just wait in the lobby for the text. I asked what about my car sitting in the 15 minute only spot. I was then told to just go park in the garage. Realize, we couldn’t get our luggage as there was nowhere to take it. The garage is down the road from the hotel, but we did as we were told. At 6:00, still no text, I waited in line again and asked about the room. Miraculously, it just became available on the 4th floor. We reserved a falls view room. Really? Trees grow taller than 4 floors-like the one outside our window. We were told the hotel was full, but they would give us $50 off for relieving us of 2 hours of vacation. At least they acknowledged that they messed up, but they messed up. NOT worth the money & aggravation
