Experience for me and my family was a positive one. The only negatives we found was the bathroom sink and bathroom were badly clogged before we got into the room. That made an otherwise pleasant experience quite unpleasant.

Everything was perfect except for a slight older wood smell on 3rd floor hallway. Other than that the room and hotel and staff were immaculate.

Upgraded upon check in. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable! Will definitely stay here again

We had 2 rooms and both had significant problems with the card key system. We were constantly locked out and would typically get up to 4 cards to try when we returned to our room and maybe 1 of them might work. Housekeeping failed to clean the room on the last day of our stay because they too were locked out and didn't report it to engineering or a manager, so when we returned we were locked out for an hour while the night engineering staff worked on it. The front desk staff received authorization to refund us the cost of that night's stay and also provided our entire family complimentary breakfast. They did their best to compensate us for our inconvenience and we appreciated the sentiments. The hotel shows a lot of wear and tear and needs work or updating. A positive aspect of our stay was our experience with the staff who were all accommodating and professional.

Nice hotel that has any and everything within blocks.Freeway,shopping,many eateries.Just about anything you could think of and need.

The Night employee are great , very friendly and courteous . But the day employee were rude and not attentive. Was locked out of my room twice and they were not caring at all . Bathroom are very small .

Easy, pleasant, quiet, clean, everything I needed for a short stay with business in Riverside.

On the back of the door in the room are the hotel rules, placed there in 2004. The rate quoted on that placard, for this large room with a king size bed, was $130+. Through Orbitz, I paid about $80 during Thanksgiving weekend. It was the least expensive on Orbitz for my one-nighter. So I got a very nice room for almost half of what it used to cost (thanks Obama for the sagging economy). MAGA.

Second time staying here. To be honest, the room was a little less than the last we stayed. Nothing at all major, just little things. Our tub had a slow drain and the show head pipe was not securely affixed to the wall. All in all, we will stay here again.

Our two employees checked into hotel, when they got to room they had been given a King. Reservations were for 2 queens. Went back down to front desk and the employee was rude and unhelpful. One had to sleep on cot. Thankfully the next morning the personnel at front desk were helpful and changed the room to the room that was booked.

stay at the Hotel was nice but when I did get off the elevator I could smell cigarette smoke

Stayed at this hotel the last night of our vacation. Needed to be close to airport for a 6 am flight. This hotel was very close to airport and right off highway. I would stay here again.

It was a very comfortable experience. The staff made checking in very easy. The room was very comfortable and clean.

On a short trip for my son's graduation. Coming in from Hawaii I just needed a one night stay and wouldn't choose anywhere else. Check in was (as always) friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Room was clean with no complaints. Bartender staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure if I needed anything. Overall, I stayed here numerous times and like all the other times....pleaseant and relaxing. Don't hesitate to stay here if your questioning it. Great location, great hotel and great staff. Great job to all and I look forward to coming back very soon. Mahalo!

I travel from Hawaii frequently and this is the place I always stay. Great rates for a comfortable room and hotel. The staff is always friendly and I never had a bad experience here. See you all again soon. Keep up the great work!

well it was a nice hotel but i thought that i was going to get a free breakfast with this stay but i was sadly mistaken. and the rooms where not as clean as seen in the pictures but everything else was fine
