The hotel itself was fine, but the front desk called us at 11 pm on Saturday night to tell us we could not have 4 people in the room. We had only checked in for 2. I asked if it was OK to check in my wife and my companions wife as well, I was told no everybody but me and my friend had to leave. We we're not making noise and we had done nothing to cause a complaint. The front desk people we're Indian and had a very poor grasp of English and would get confrontational rather than trying to work with us to resolve the issue. They even threatened to call the police. I've stayed in a great many hotels over the years for work or travel and this had to be the worst treatment I have ever had by a hotel staff. The website states that the room sleeps 4 by the way, so I am utterly confused as to why this man would throw our wives out on the street.

The people who stay here are sketchy. There was a lot of loitering and people who looked like they were on drugs. The room was clean but had a strong smell. I had to Ferber it down in order to tolerate it. The only positive is the staff was very nice.

Check in/out was easy, and guy at the counter was friendly. Hotel is about what I expected for the price. The room did have a smell, but at least the air conditioner worked (which I can't say for the hotel we stayed out in San Diego the night before). You could the highway noise from the room. The towels didn't look the whitest and the shower control was hard to move (kept sticking). There was also a stain on the one bed skirt/dust ruffle, looked like someone had spilled something while eating in bed. I want to believe it was a spill and not something else. Housekeeping obviously didn't catch it but it was orange and visible when you pulled the covers back. We only stayed one night so didn't complain. As I said, about what I would expect for the money.

This room had everything we needed including extra pillows. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled clean and looked clean. Great experience. Great prices.

Location is not good especially for the price. Room was not bad. Service at night window was terrible. Would not recommend staying here with family. Can get a much better locations and price elsewhere

Close to airport, good price. Worked out well for our purpose of travel

The hotel was made out to be much more on the internet. The price was way to expensive for a 1 star hotel. No breakfast. Horrible maintenance. The owner actually stole my children's chalk just because he didn't want it being used in the parking lot. Instead of asking use to not use it he stole it and threw it in the trash. Then after he realized I was upset because someone stole my child's stuff right from in front of our door. Which they knew it was ours, they then decide and call the room and tell me they found it in the trash. My butt, I know it was him. Have no doubt about it. Then the pool is extremely small and only 4 foot deep. Needs to be cleaned. There are to many things to list. I would never go there again.

I cannot know what another person expects of a hotel stay. I am minimalist and easy going so I found my stay fantastic. One glaring example of great service was my door was faulty but when brought to the attention of the staff they fixed it promptly. This to some could be a sign of disrepair but to me it was manageable. The room had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was a bonus to me. Others might find that to be an expectation. At one point my key was not working and it was two in the morning. I went to the office and it was locked but the night staff were accessible through a late night window, and they helped me get new keys. This may speak to the area needing extra security for the late night staff, but again nothing that would cause me to dislike my stay. I am a single man with no kids who went to Knotfest. This hotel was above adequate for my needs.

When i got there they were friendly and made u feel welcomed.and when i go back thats where im going to stay.

I had a great experience here. Convenient store right next door. Restaurants walking distance away. Gym, mall & other shops & nightlife a short drive away.

I booked two rooms one on 306 and 308. However the room in between was given to drug dealer and all night there we people coming in and out. We were terrified and told the receiptionist and she told us that they have heard the complaint before. Hellooooo need to do something about it. You have placed us in a very dangerous situation. No more Days inn for us for sure..............................

My husband and I were there for memorial services and it location was perfect, between the house and Forewst Lawn Covina, just couldn't watch cbs station, they need to repair the tv set.

This place was adequate and that's about all I can say. It was in a run down part of town with a liquor store connected to the same building as the hotel. There were young kids outside our door looking for a place to party and I heard one of them say that they were no longer welcome at the hotel. The room was clean, but everything looked old and overly used.

Very!!! loud freeway noise all night. Got no sleep. Its right next door to a liquor store. Lots of parking lot noise, late hours. walls too thin noise, next door late noise. Hallway noise outside room. Tried ear plugs to no avail. The next day we had a hard time functioning with no sleep.

Hotel was nice and clean with friendly employees but not safe in the area in the evening hours.

The staff was very accomadating and helpful. The hotel rooms and grounds were very clean.

For the value, the room was adequate for the purpose of just spending the night before catching a very early flight at the Airport.

My daughter & I were attending the NASCAR race for the weekend and the Days Inn seemed close to the track. Unfortunately, for two women alone, the neighborhood was a bit scary. There was a liquor store right next door, and the clientle was a little frightening. It was an easy drive to the race track and was close to shopping. It seemed a bit high priced for what we got though. It was comfortable enough, but I might rethink staying there again because of the neighborhood.

I was very happy with my accommodations at this hotel.

Check in was quick. Hotel was close to where I needed to be and about 10 minutes from Ontario Mills. The room was equipped with fridge and microwaveand was really clean. Only bad thing I can say about this hotel was the neighborhood. There was a liquor store right next door so there were a few leery people around but other than that all was well
