Room smelled like smoke but for the cheap price it's worth it for a short stay. Staff was very nice.

Pretty good value, not the best location. Very comfortable stay.

Kind of messy, and the staff didn't know how to use the system properly. There was an incense stick on the floor of my room and my smoke detector was covered. Just below subpar hotel space but comfort inns aren't exactly full of frills so that was to be expected.

It's a nice clean hotel, the beds aren't the most comfortable though. Good enough after a night of partying though.

Comfy, clean and quiet. Had to wait two hours past check in time...but that is a good sign because the room was very clean.

My bathroom was not the cleanest, the hotel staff was rude and the gym area featured broken equipment. All that said I got clean sheets and towels, it was cheap, and within walking distance of where I was taking a class

When I arrived about 8:30 p.m. the hotel the staff was welcoming and friendly. They promptly assinged me a room and I went directly up as I was tired from a long day. Upon entering the room I found it unmaid and returned to the check- in counter. I was happily and efficiently assigned another room which was clearly a huge upgrade from what I had reserved, a suite in fact. Despite the generous upgrade I found the hotel itself to be sorely in need of renovation. It was dated, worn, and not very appealing. The staff however was efficient, friendly, and very accomodatiing on every level.

Not as close to major attractions such as Old Market, but a good value.

Close to Creighton. Great experience. Easy to get to. Close to shopping and restaurants.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel at a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and overall the hotel was a blast.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful. The "breakfast" attendant was very friendly and attentive to customer needs. The bed was very comfy. Coffee available all the time!!!!!

Beds comfortable, and room was very clean top things on my list. Very basic as far as hallway and entryway décor. In a pinch would stay there again. Very close to my sons residence hall at Creighton.

We had an excellent experience. The Comfort Inn was location was very good for everything we wanted to do.

Good location, but lean on amenities. Neighborhood and exterior of hotel are rough.

This hotel promised a good value for the location, but it's clearly in transition. Needs a lot of updating and more attention to detail. The staff was sort of careless in my interaction with them.

Okay hotel. Service at front desk was great checking in and out. Room was okay. King bed was a bit sway back, with a tendency to roll to the middle. The air coditioner worked, but the digital controls only worked after some poking and tapping. Ceiling above shower was bubbled from leakage and needs repair if only for a better aesthetic. Shower curtain would not stay closed as the curved curtain bar was not well secured to the walls and wanted to bow down causing the curtain to slide open. I figured there was no point worrying if everything got wet in the bathroom because management didn't care enough to fix it. We never tried the free breakfast as we never got up in time to take advantage. The location was perfect for our needs on this funeral related trip. Overall an average place.

Very comfortable. Everything was as expected, except the shower rod appeared to be coming loose at the wall attachment. room 501. Evening desk attendant was very helpful, but every time I came to the desk, no one was there, seemed to be busy with other duties.

Hotel was convenient to where we needed to be, easy enough to get to, clean, quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice staff, good value, nice complimentary breakfast, & free airport shuttle & all adds up to terrific!

The front desk attendant on duty was very frinedly and helpful - she even moved us up a floor so we wouldn't be too close to a group of teens that she thought might be loud. The room was clean and comfortable and generally as expected based on the photos. The free breakfast was average but serviceable. The location is a boring strip of road off a highway and across from a hospital.
